Obiectivul general al proiectului este reprezentat de creșterea competitivității SC Regina Star Paper SRL în fabricarea produselor de uz gospodăresc și sanitar, din hârtie sau carton, atât la nivel local, cât și pe piața regiunii de dezvoltare Sud Muntenia.
