Obiectivul general al proiectului creșterea competitivității firmei S.C. ZED WEB SOLUTIONS S.R.L., ca urmare a introducerii de noi tehnologii moderne în procesele de lucru a societății, prin achiziţionarea de echipamente și utilaje tehnologice specializate. Obiectivele proiectului sunt în strânsă legătură cu obiectivul specific aferent „Programul Operaţional Regional (POR) 2014-2020, axa prioritară 2: ”Îmbunătăţirea competitivităţii întreprinderilor mici şi mijlocii”, prioritatea de investiții 2.1 ”Promovarea spiritului antreprenorial, în special prin facilitarea exploatării economice a ideilor noi și prin încurajarea creării de noi întreprinderi, inclusiv prin incubatoare de afaceri”, și anume consolidarea poziției pe piață a întreprinderilor mici și mijlocii în domeniile competitive identificate în Strategia Națională de Competitivitate şi Planurile Regionale de Dezvoltare. Indicatorii care contribuie la realizarea obiectivelor specifice sunt următoarele : • 2 Procese productive îmbunătățite ( realizarea jocurilor de tip puzzel si a cartilor de joc ) până la finalizarea implementării proiectului ca urmare a inovării fluxului tehnologic cu ajutorul echipamentelor moderne achiziționate. • Creșterea numărului de active tangibile achiziționate în cadrul proiectului cu 28 bucăți până la sfârșitul perioadei de implementare • Creşterea competitivităţii pe piață şi creşterea calităţii, siguranței și eficienței produselor, prin inovarea proceselor de producție • Semnarea unui contract de colaborare cu un furnizor de colectare selectivă a deșeurilor în perioada de implementare al proiectului cu valabilitate cel puțin până la finalizarea perioadei de durabilitate al proiectului • 5 locuri de muncă nou create în perioada de implementare al proiectului Atingerea obiectivelor enumerate precum și a misiunii , viziunii și strategiei firmei se poate realiza numai printr-o investiție importantă în echipamente și utilaje de ultimă generație menite să dezvolte procesul de producție al firmei. În plus, societatea iși propune să contribuie la protejarea mediului înconjurător prin implementarea unui sistem de colectare selectiv de asemenea, prin achiziționarea și instalarea unui sistem de iluminat eficient se vor continua măsurile pentru eficientizarea consumului de energie în cadrul activității productive și pentru scăderea costurilor necesare pentru fabricarea produselor. În consecință, achiziționarea echipamentelor va permite dezvoltarea activității firmei identificată prin codul CAEN 3240 - Fabricarea jocurilor si jucariilor. (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of S.C. ZED WEB SOLUTIONS S.R.L., as a result of the introduction of new modern technologies in the company’s working processes, through the purchase of specialised technological equipment and machinery. The objectives of the project are closely linked to the specific objective "Regional Operational Programme (ROP) 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2: “Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises”, investment priority 2.1 “Promoting entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and encouraging the creation of new enterprises, including through business incubators”, i.e. strengthening the market position of small and medium-sized enterprises in the competitive areas identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans. The indicators contributing to the achievement of the specific objectives are the following: • 2 Improved productive processes (achieving puzzel games and playing cards) until the completion of project implementation as a result of technological flow innovation with the help of modern purchased equipment. • Increase the number of tangible assets purchased under the project by 28 pieces by the end of the implementation period • Increase competitiveness on the market and increase product quality, safety and efficiency through innovation of production processes • Signing a collaboration contract with a supplier of selective waste collection during the implementation period of the project valid at least until the end of the project’s durability period • 5 newly created jobs during the implementation period of the project Achieving the listed objectives as well as the company’s mission, vision and strategy can be achieved only through an important investment in state-of-the-art equipment and machinery designed to develop the company’s production process. In addition, the company proposes to contribute to the protection of the environment by implementing a selective collection system also by purchasing and installing an efficient lighting system, measures to make energy consumption more efficient in the productive activity and to reduce the costs necessary for manufacturing the products will continue. Consequently, the acquisition of the equipment will allow the development of the company’s activity identified by the CAEN code 3240 – Manufacture of games and toys. (English)
