Projekta mērķis ir apmācīt Latvijas pārtikas un saistīto nozaru nodarbinātos, lai apgūtu jaunas zināšanas un pilnveidotu prasmes - sekmējot tehnoloģisko inovāciju ieviešanu un darbaspēka produktivitātes paaugstināšanu.Projektā tiks iesaistīti 60 komersanti, lai 1762 ne-unikālās personas gūtu jaunas zināšanas un pilnveidotu savas prasmes. Projektā apmācīs ne tikai speciālistus, kas tieši saistīti ar pārtikas produktu ražošanu, bet arī citus nodarbinātos, kas ir iesaistītie pārtikas rūpniecības procesā un saistītās nozarēs. Apmācības plānotas 91 mēnešus (līdz 31.12.2023.) un šajā periodā nodarbinātie apmeklēs dažādus kursus, lai gūtu jaunākās zināšanas gan pārtikas ražošanā un tehnoloģijā, gan ražošanas inženierzinības vadības, ražošana un pārstrādes, inženierzinātnes un tehnoloģijas, vides aizsardzība, datoru lietošana, datorsistēmas, datubāzes un datortīkli, valodas, u.c. apmācību jomās. Virssaistību finansējumā apgūs - elektronisko komerciju, mārketings un tirdzniecību, biznesa vadību, kvalitātes nodrošināšana un vadības jomas.Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 1992084 EUR, tai skaitā ERAF 1257792 EUR (virssaistības 360 000 EUR).Projekts ir veidots, kā atvērta tipa un realizācijas laikā, jau esošiem komersantiem pievienosies citi. The aim of the project is to train employees in Latvia’s food and related sectors in order to acquire new knowledge and improve skills – promoting the introduction of technological innovations and increasing labour productivity.The project will involve 60 merchants in order for 1762 non-unique persons to gain new knowledge and improve their skills. The project will train not only specialists directly involved in food production, but also other workers involved in the food industry and related sectors. The training is planned for 91 months (up to 31.12.2023) and during this period employees will attend various courses to gain the latest knowledge in food production and technology, as well as production engineering management, manufacturing and processing, engineering and technology, environmental protection, computer use, computer systems, databases and computer networks, language, etc. training. The overall costs of the project are EUR 1992084, including ERDF EUR 1257792 (over-commitment EUR 360000).The project is designed as an open type and during implementation, other companies will join them.
