Projekts tiks īstenots Latvijas viedās specializācijas stratēģijas jomā – “Veidā enerģētika”. Enerģētikas un transporta kompetences centra (ETKC) izvēlētā viedās specializācijas joma ir viedā enerģētika, kurā ietilpst trīs pētniecības apakšvirzieni: •Viedā enerģētika vispārīgie jautājumi; •Viedās inženiersistēmas un enerģijas ražošanas risinājumi; •Viedā enerģētika un transports. Kompetences centra mērķis ir atbalstīt vismaz 10 pētījumus atbilstoši definētajiem pētniecības virzieniem, attīstot jaunus produktus un tehnoloģijas nozarē un ieviešot tās ražošanā, tādējādi veicinot pētniecības un rūpniecības sektora sadarbību, kā arī nozares komersantu konkurētspējas paaugstināšanu. Kompetences centra darbības rezultātā plānots atbalstīt vismaz 10 pētniecības projektus, vismaz 11 komersantus, kas turpmāk ieviesīs ražošanā jaunus produktus vai tehnoloģijas. Projekta kopējās pētījumu izmaksas sastāda virs 7 miljoniem eiro, plānotais Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda (turpmāk – ERAF) atbalsta apjoms – 4 708 111.50 EUR. Projektu plānots īstenot 39 mēnešu laikā, no 2019.gada 1.aprīļa līdz 2022.gada 30.jūnijam, t.sk. 38 mēnešu laikā kopš līguma parakstīšanas. (Latvian)

The project will be implemented in the field of smart specialisation of Latvia – “Smart Energy”. The smart specialisation area chosen by the Energy and Transport Competence Centre (ETKC) is smart energy, comprising three research sub-directions: •Smart energy general issues; •Smart engineering and energy production solutions; •Intelligent Energy and Transport The aim of the Competence Centre is to support at least 10 research according to the defined research directions by developing new products and technologies in the sector and introducing them into production, thus promoting cooperation between research and industry, as well as increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the sector. As a result of the activities of the Competence Centre, it is planned to support at least 10 research projects, at least 11 merchants who will introduce new products or technologies into production. The total research costs of the project are above 7 million euro, the planned amount of support from the European Regional Development Fund (hereinafter – ERDF) is EUR 4708111.50. The project is planned to be implemented within 39 months, from 1 April 2019 to 30 June 2022, including. Within 38 months of signing the contract. (English)
