Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in dezvoltarea serviciilor turistice de tip hotelier in cadrul microintreprinderii Aviz Expert SRL, prin realizarea unui hotel de 3 stele cu 17 camere, precum si promovarea serviciilor turistice pe pietele interne si internationale, interesate de zona de litoral romanesc. Cu acest obiectiv, proiectul va contribui la atingerea obiectivului prioritatii de investitii 2.2. si a nume „imbunatatirea competitivitatatatii economice prin cresterea productivitatii muncii in IMM-uri in sectoarele competitive identificate in Strategia Nationala pentru Competitivitate” – prin faptul ca intreprinderea solicitanta ataca un sector de activitate cu inalta competitivitate la nivel national, inclusiv exportabil – turismul, cu pondere pe un tip de turism al carei cerere se afla in crestere confirmata de statisticile nationale si locale – turismul litoral si turismul balnear si de wellness, si astfel, tintind acest sector in contextul unei analize aprofundate a pietei, Aviz Expert SRL va contribui si la consolidarea sectorului de turism din statiunea Eforie Sud si de pe litoral. The general objective of the project is the development of hotel-type tourist services within the Aviz Expert SRL micro-enterprise, through the creation of a 3 star hotel with 17 rooms, as well as the promotion of tourist services on the domestic and international markets, interested in the Romanian seaside area. With this objective, the project will contribute to achieving the objective of investment priority 2.2. and the name “improving economic competitiveness by increasing labour productivity in SMEs in the competitive sectors identified in the National Strategy for Competitiveness” – by the fact that the applicant enterprise attacks a highly competitive sector at national level, including exportable – tourism, with a share of a type of tourism whose demand is on the rise confirmed by national and local statistics – coastal tourism, seaside and wellness tourism, and thus, targeting this sector in the context of a thorough market analysis, Aviz Expert SRL will also contribute to the consolidation of the tourism sector.
