OBIECTIV GENERAL Dezvoltarea SC NEX SRL si cresterea competitivitatii societatii pe piata regionala si nationala, prin diversificarea serviciilor, cu servicii de turism conform Cod CAEN 5510 Hoteluri si alte facilitati de cazare similare, servicii care nu au fost prestate anterior in cadrul unitatii la punctul de lucru din strada Bailor nr. 19 si care se adauga gamei de servicii deja prestate. Realizarea obiectivului general determina: - Cresterea cifrei de afaceri a companiei dupa finalizarea perioadei de implementare a proiectului; - Mentinerea si cresterea numarului mediu de salariati (cu 20 salariati); - Dezvoltarea competitivitatii si durabilitatii sectorului turistic din statiunea Baile Olanesti prin cresterea capacitatii de cazare certificata 4 stele - Diversificarea serviciilor prin extinderea si amenajarea complexului comercial cu schimabarea functiunii in hotel 4 stele, în scopul creșterii dimensiunii pieței adresate. Din punct de vedere economic principalul impact al implementarii acestui proiect se va reflecta asupra situatiei financiare prin cresterea cifrei de afaceri dupa finalizarea perioadei de implementare si creșterea competitivității economiei regionale și naționale. Development of SC NEX SRL and increasing the company’s competitiveness on the regional and national market, by diversifying services, with tourism services according to CAEN Code 5510 Hotels and other similar accommodation facilities, services that were not previously provided within the unit at the 19 Bailor Street and which are added to the range of services already provided. The achievement of the general objective determined: — Increasing the company’s turnover after the end of the project implementation period; — Maintaining and increasing the average number of employees (with 20 employees); — Developing the competitiveness and sustainability of the tourist sector of Baile Olanesti resort by increasing the 4-star certified accommodation capacity – Diversification of services by expanding and arranging the commercial complex with change of function in the 4-star hotel, in order to increase the size of the addressed market. From an economic point of view, the main impact of the implementation of this project will be reflected on the financial situation by increasing the turnover after the end of the implementation period and increasing the competitiveness of the regional and national economy.
