Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η 3ετής λειτουργία ενός Κέντρου Κοινότητας στο Δήμο Παπάγου-Χολαργού. Στόχος της δομής είναι να ανακουφίσει και να στηρίξει άπορους δημότες, δίνοντάς τους πρόσβαση και υποστήριξη σε παροχές κοινωνικού χαρακτήρα, όπως Κοινωνικά Προγράμματα, Υπηρεσίες και Δομές, εξασφαλίζοντάς τους μια σχετικά την αξιοπρεπή διαβίωση και την ελάφρυνση των δυσμενών επιπτώσεων της φτώχειας, της ανέχειας, της ανεργίας, του κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού και της περιθωριοποίησης των κατοίκων του Δήμου. Επιπλέον, συμβάλλει στην ενεργοποίηση και δικτύωση όλων των δομών και υπηρεσιών κοινωνικού χαρακτήρα σε τοπικό, περιφερειακό και εθνικό επίπεδο, παρέχοντας διασύνδεση των πολιτών με όλα τα Κοινωνικά Προγράμματα, Υπηρεσίες και Δομές. Το Κέντρο Κοινότητας θα παρέχει υπηρεσίες υποδοχής-Ενημέρωσης-Υποστήριξης των πολιτών, Συνεργασία με Υπηρεσίες και Δομές, Παροχή Υπηρεσιών που αποσκοπούν στη βελτίωση του βιοτικού επιπέδου και διασφαλίζουν την κοινωνική ένταξη των ωφελουμένων. Το Κέντρο Κοινότητας θα στεγάζεται σε διακριτό χώρο επί της οδού Αγαμέμνονος 6, στο Χολαργό και είναι πλήρως προσβάσιμος σε ΑμεΑ. (Greek)

The object of the project is the 3-year operation of a Community Centre in the Municipality of Papagos-Holargos. The aim of the structure is to relieve and support destitute citizens, giving them access and support to social benefits, such as Social Programmes, Services and Structures, ensuring a relatively decent living and alleviating the adverse effects of poverty, poverty, unemployment, social exclusion and marginalisation of the residents of the Municipality. In addition, it contributes to the activation and networking of all social structures and services at local, regional and national level, providing interconnection of citizens with all Social Programmes, Services and Structures. The Community Centre will provide reception-Information and support services for citizens, Cooperation with Services and Structures, the provision of services aimed at improving the standard of living and ensuring the social integration of the beneficiaries. The Community Centre will be housed in a distinct area on 6 Agamemnon Street in Holargos and is fully accessible to disabled people. (English)
