Σκοπός του έργου είναι η ανάπλαση της χερσαίας ζώνης με ρύθμιση της κυκλοφορίας ,η αναβάθμιση της ασφάλειας του λιμένα κατά την είσοδο των τουριστών των κρουαζιεροπλοίων με κατασκευή κτιρίου Schengen για την τήρηση του κώδικα Ασφαλείας Πλοίων και Λιμενικών Εγκαταστάσεων (ISPS) , και η αναβάθμιση του χώρου υποδοχής με κατασκευή κτιρίου υποδοχής επιβατών και διοίκησης καθώς και χώροι εκθέσεων -πολιτιστικών δραστηριοτήτων καθώς και χώροι πάρκινγκ αυτοκινήτων ,πλακοστρώσεις ,χώροι πρασίνου ,κατασκευή καλαίσθητων παγκακίων και καλαίσθητου φωτισμού της περιοχής καθώς και θέσεις παροχής δωρεάν WiFi (Greek)

The aim of the project is to regenerate the land area with traffic regulation, to upgrade the security of the port at the entrance of tourists of cruise ships with the construction of Schengen building for compliance with the Ship and Port Installation Security Code (ISPS), and to upgrade the reception area with the construction of a passenger and administration building as well as exhibitions – cultural activities as well as parking spaces, pavements, green spaces, the construction of fine lighting and fine lighting.
