Projekta mērķis ir uzbūvēt industriālu ražošanas ēku, kas ļautu palielināt uzņēmuma SIA “Tecnopali North Europe” (TPNE) ražošanas kapacitāti, paplašinot ražošanas telpas un piesaistot jaunas darba vietas. “ Projekta rezultātā uzbūvētajā ēkā saimniecisko darbību apstrādes rūpniecības nozarē (NACE 2. kods 25.11 - Metāla konstrukciju un to sastāvdaļu ražošana) veiks pats projekta iesniedzējs TPNE . Plānotās darbīgas pilnībā atbilst Latvijas noteiktajām RIS3 specializācijas jomām proti viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēmas, kas radīs jaunas iespējas uzņēmumu attīstībai gan dažādojot esošo produktu klāstu, gan radot jaunus produktus, gan attīstot jaunus tirgus.Projekta īstenošanu plānots uzsākt 2016. gadā un pabeigt 2019. gadā. Jaunā ražošanas ēka atradīsies Rudzītēs, Daugmalē, Ķekavas novadā, kas atbilst MK noteikumu 11.punktā minētajam, ēkas platība paredzēta 4885,17 m2 t.i., projekts netiek īstenots Rīgas pilsētā. Celtniecība paredzēta no 2016. līdz 2018. gadam. Ražošanas uzsākšana 2018. gadā, nododot projektu 2019. gada augustā, kad radītas vismaz 7 darba vietas bet 2021 jau kopā būs radītas 21 jauna darba vieta. Ēkas izbūvei plānots piesaistīt bankas finansējumu, pārējo attīstību plānots finansēt izmantojot pašu līdzekļus. Kopējā projekta aplēse ir 1.85 milj. EUR. No kuriem 45% plānots izmantot Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda atbalstu 1.02 milj. EUR apjomā. Lai nodrošinātu ražošanu daļa no iekārtām tiks pārnesta no esošā ceha. Tāpat tiks iegādāti tilta krāni un citas iekārtas vidēji par 100 tūkst. EUR gadā, kas nepieciešamas ražošanai. Šīs investīcijas tiks veiktas par savu naudu.Visas radītās darba vietas būs saistītas ar esošās ražošanas paplašināšanu un jaunu augstas pievienotās vērtības produktu ieviešanu, kas dos iespēju uzlabot satiksmes drošību un pārvaldību. Saņemtais atbalsts netiks izmantots, lai beigtu to pašu vai līdzīgu darbību Eiropas Ekonomikas zonā divu gadu laikā pirms reģionālā ieguldījumu atbalsta pieteikuma vai kam atbalsta pieteikuma laikā. The aim of the project is to build an industrial production building that would allow increasing the production capacity of the company “Tecnopali North Europe” Ltd. (TPNE) by expanding production facilities and attracting new jobs. “in the building built as a result of the project, the economic activities in the manufacturing sector (NACE code 2 25.11 – Manufacture of metal structures and their components) will be carried out by the project applicant, TPNE. The planned activities are fully in line with the RIS3 specialisation areas defined by Latvia – smart materials, technologies and engineering systems, which will create new opportunities for the development of enterprises by diversifying the existing range of products, creating new products and developing new markets. The new production building will be located in Rudzīte, Daugmale, Ķekava County, which complies with the provisions of Paragraph 11 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations, the area of the building is 4885,17 m², i.e., the project is not being implemented in the city of Riga. Construction is planned from 2016 to 2018. The start of production in 2018, with the project handed over in August 2019, when at least 7 jobs were created and 2021 new jobs had already been created. For the construction of the building it is planned to attract financing of the bank; the rest of the development is planned to be financed using own funds. The total project estimate is 1.85 million. EUR. 45 % of which is planned to use the European Regional Development Fund support of 1.02 million euro. In the amount of EUR.
