The general objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of two buildings in Timisoara, by carrying out some intervention works that reduce the energy consumption for heating the apartments, under the conditions of ensuring and maintaining the indoor thermal climate, by limiting heat losses to the outdoor environment as well as improving the urban aspect of the locality. Investments in energy efficiency of housing blocks will contribute implicitly to reducing CO2 emissions and reducing energy poverty in Romania by reducing the costs of heating the population, helping to improve the purchasing power of all categories, including disadvantaged social categories.
