Cílem projektu je realizace vzdělávacích aktivit směřujících ke zvýšení kvalifikace a odbornosti našich zaměstnanců. Cíle bude dosaženo kombinací několika aktivit a to v průběhu dvouletého vzdělávacího cyklu. Projekt se dotkne přibližně 33 zaměstnanců.Projekt reflektuje aktuální i výhledové požadavky a potřeby v oblasti rozvoje zaměstnanců a na základě vzdělávací analýzy a vzdělávacího plánu definuje vhodná školení.Projekt počítá s VŘ na poskytovatele kurzů dle platné metodiky OP Z.
