Projekta mērķis ir paaugstināt pārvades un sadales sistēmas energoefektivitāti Muceniekos, samazinot siltumenerģijas zudumus trasēs. Projekta ietvaros paredzēts 880 m siltumtīklu pārbūve. No minētā apjoma 628 m ir pazemes trases, kas tiek pārbūvētas bezkanāla tehnoloģijā ar rūpnieciski izolētām caurulēm, un 252 m ir pagraba trašu pārbūve. Projekta mērķa sasniegšana sniegs sekojošus ieguvumus (rezultātus):-paaugstināta siltumenerģijas pārvades un sadales efektivitāte;-siltuma tarifa nepaaugstināšana;-siltumtrases avāriju skaita samazināšana, novēršot apkures pakalpojuma darbības pārtraukumus;-uzņēmuma izmaksu optimizēšana, tādējādi nodrošinot stabilu uzņēmuma darbību;-samazināsies nepieciešamās saražojamās siltumenerģijas daudzums un attiecīgi arī kurināmā un elektroenerģijas patēriņš, kas radīs pozitīvu ietekmi uz vidi.Projekta ietvaros plānotas sekojošas darbības:-līguma noslēgšana ar CFLA par projekta īstenošanu;-iepirkuma procedūras veikšana par plānoto būvdarbu veikšanu un uzraudzību;-būvdarbi un iekārtu piegāde (montāža), nodošana ekspluatācijā;-būvuzraudzības veikšana būvdarbu laikā;-autoruzraudzības veikšana būvdarbu veikšanas laikā;-publicitātes pasākumi atbilstoši publicitātes vadlīnijām 2014.-2020.gadam.Kopējais projekta budžets sastāda EUR 227 000.00 (bez PVN), tajā skaitā attiecināmās izmaksas EUR 171`043,55 (bez PVN).Projekta ilgums ir 24 mēneši - pēc tam, kad ar sadarbības iestādi noslēgts līgums par projekta īstenošanu. The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the transmission and distribution system in Mucenieki by reducing heat loss on the tracks. Within the project it is planned to rebuild 880 m heating networks. Of this volume, 628 m is an underground route, which is rebuilt into ductless technology with industrially insulated pipes, and 252 m is rebuilding of cellar tracks. The achievement of the project objective will bring the following benefits (results):-increased efficiency of thermal transmission and distribution; non-increase of the heating tariff;-reduction of the number of thermal accidents by avoiding interruptions in heating service;- Optimising the company’s costs, thus ensuring a stable operation of the company;-decreasing the necessary amount of heating energy to be produced in the project; reduction of the number of thermal energy to be produced and, respectively, fuel and electricity consumption, which will lead to a positive impact on the environment.The following activities are planned within the project, thus ensuring stable performance of the company;-in which will decrease the required amount of the project-control-in-service heat production, and, as appropriate, the execution of the work-out of the project, fuel and electricity consumption, which will have a positive impact on the environment.The following activities are planned within the project:-Contract for supervision of the project, during the project, the duration of the project will be reduced; the amount of heating energy to be produced and, respectively, the consumption of fuel and electricity, which will lead to a positive impact on the environment.The following activities are planned within the project:-Contract of the project with supervision of the project during the execution of the project (including the planning of the construction of the project, during the execution of the project, the execution of the works is subject to VAT, which will have a positive impact on the environment.The following activities are planned within the project:-Contracting the performance of the project with the planning of the construction of the project during the period of execution of the work-executiveness of the project (including the amount of the heating contract and the consumption of fuel and electricity by avoiding interruptions of the heating service; optimising the company’s costs, thus ensuring a stable operation of the company;--improvement of the required amount of heat energy to be produced;-reducing the number of thermal energy accidents by avoiding interruptions of heating services;- Optimising the company, thus ensuring a stable operation of the company;-decreasing the necessary amount of heating energy to be produced during the project, and the amount of heat output will be reduced by closing the amount of heat output and, respectively, fuel and electricity consumption, which will lead to a positive impact on the environment.The following activities are planned within the project, thus ensuring a stable performance of the company;-Control of the required amount of heating energy for the project;-decreasing the amount of heat output to be produced during the project and, respectively, fuel and electricity consumption, which will lead to a positive impact on the environment.The following activities are planned within the project, thus ensuring a stable performance of the company;-Contracting of the necessary amount of heating energy during the project, with the necessary amount of heating energy, and, respectively, the consumption of fuel and electricity, which will lead to a positive impact on the environment.The following activities are planned within the project, thus ensuring (English)
