ražošanas ēkas būvniecība ar mērķi nodot telpas nomā apstrādes rūpniecības komersantiem. Jauni līgumi par ražošanas telpu nomu 5 gadus pēc projekta īstenošanas tiks slēgti tikai ar sīkiem, maziem un vidējiem komersantiem. Pašlaik jau noslēgti Nomas līgumi par 100% telpu nomu. Informācija par Nomniekiem detalizēti aprakstīta Biznesa plāna sadaļā nr. 4.3.Projekta ietvaros plānots būvēt jaunās ražošanas telpas ar kopējo platību 8 309 m2. Projekta īstenošanas vieta atrodas Olaines pilsētas teritorijā, kurā saskaņā ar pilsētas teritorijas plānojumu ir paredzēta rūpnieciskās ražošanas objektu apbūve.Projektā paredzēts īstenot aktivitātes: •Tehniskās dokumentācijas izstrāde (projekts pilnā sastāvā, projekts minimālā sastāvā jau izstrādāts un akceptēts).•Būvuzraudzība un autoruzraudzība projekta īstenošanas laikā.•Ražošanas ēkas būvniecības darbi.Projekta kopējās izmaksas sastāda 2 856 618 euro. Projekta attiecināmās izmaksas sastāda 2’772’000 euro, plānotājs ERAF finansējums sastāda 1’165’903,20 euro (42,06% no attiecināmām izmaksām). Projektam ir vidēji augsta gatavība uzsākšanai:•ir saņemta būvatļauja ar nosacījumiem projektēšanai un būvdarbiem;•Iepirkumu uzraudzības biroja mājas lapā ir publicēts projekta iesniedzēja paziņojums par iepirkuma procedūru saskaņā ar noteikumiem par iepirkuma procedūru un tās piemērošanas kārtību pasūtītāja finansētiem projektiem; •ir saņemts SEB bankas kredītkomitejas lēmums par aizdevuma piešķiršanu projekta īstenošanai ne mazāk ka 70% no projekta kopējām izmaksām.Projektu plānots uzsākt pēc līguma ar CFLA noslēgšanas un pabeigt līdz 19.01.2021. The project has a moderately high level of readiness:•a construction permit has been received with conditions for design and construction;•on the Procurement Monitoring Office website, a notice of the project proposer’s procurement procedure has been published in accordance with the rules on the procurement procedure and its application for projects financed by the contracting authority; •The decision of SEB Bank’s credit committee on granting a loan for the implementation of the project has been received not less than 70 % of the total project costs.The project is planned to start after the conclusion of the agreement with CFLA and to be completed by 19.01.2021.
