Obiectivul principal al proiectului il constituie imbunatatirea competitivitatii intreprinderii WEXA PROD SRL ca urmare a realizarii unei investitii initiale in domeniul productiei de mobilier de gradina prin diversificarea productiei unei unitati prin produse care nu au mai fost fabricate anterior în unitate . Proiectul initiat de societatea WEXA PROD SRL este in conformitate cu obiectivul specific al axei prioritare 2 ”Imbunatatirea competitivitatii intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii” si a prioritatii de investitii 2.2. ”Sprijinirea crearii si extinderea capacitatilor avansate de productie si dezvoltarea serviciilor” ale Programul Operational Regional 2014-2020, de imbunatatire a competitivitatii economice prin cresterea productivitatii muncii in IMM-uri in sectoarele competitive identificate in Strategia Nationala pentru Competitivitate. Societatea WEXA PROD SRL este o intreprindere interesata de gasirea unui model optim de crestere, atat in sensul trecerii in alta categorie de dimensiune, cat si in sensul dezvoltarii activitatii desfasurate in scopul cresterii dimensiunii pietei adresate. Produsele realizate in urma implementarii proiectului de investitii vor fi produse de calitate superioara si la un pret competitiv. Pentru realizarea lor se va utiliza o tehnologie moderna, performanta si eficienta. Consolidare avantajului competitiv al societatii garanteaza performanta activitatii societatii pe termen mediu si lung si extinderea pozitiei ocupate de firma pe piata pe care activeaza (piata mobilei de gradina) Realizarea proiectului de investitii propus de societatea WEXA PROD SRL asigura dezvoltarea infrastructurii materiale a intreprinderii, aspect care va contribui la cresterea productivitatii muncii in cadrul intreprinderii, precum si a capacitatii de a concura si la cresterea vanzarilor, contribuind astfel la consolidarea si dezvoltarea sectorului de mobilier de gradina din care aceasta face parte. Aceste aspecte contribuie direct la atingerea obiectivului specific al Axei 2 PI 2.2 de dezvoltare si mentinere a unui avantaj competitiv al IMM-urilor care isi desfasoara activitatea in domenii cu potential competitiv identificate in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate. The main objective of the project is to improve the competitiveness of WEXA PROD SRL as a result of an initial investment in the production of garden furniture by diversifying the production of a unit through products that were not previously manufactured in the establishment. The project initiated by WEXA PROD SRL is in line with the specific objective of Priority Axis 2 “Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises” and investment priority 2.2. “Supporting the creation and expansion of advanced production capacities and service development” of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, to improve economic competitiveness by increasing labour productivity in SMEs in competitive sectors identified in the National Strategy for Competitiveness. WEXA PROD SRL is an enterprise interested in finding an optimal growth model, both in the sense of moving to another size category, and in the sense of developing the activity carried out in order to increase the size of the addressed market. The products made after the implementation of the investment project will be high quality products and at a competitive price. For their realisation, a modern technology, performance and efficiency will be used. Consolidation of the competitive advantage of the company guarantees the performance of the company’s activity in the medium and long term and the expansion of the position occupied by the company on the market in which it operates (the garden furniture market) The realisation of the investment project proposed by WEXA PROD SRL ensures the development of the enterprise’s material infrastructure, which will contribute to increasing the productivity of the enterprise’s work, as well as the ability to compete and increase sales, thus contributing to the consolidation and development of the garden furniture sector of which it is a part. These aspects contribute directly to achieving the specific objective of Axis 2 PI 2.2 to develop and maintain a competitive advantage of SMEs operating in areas with competitive potential identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy.
