| Property / summary: Predmetom predkladaného projektu je obstaranie linky na výrobu ohýbaných a priamych kompozitných armatúr. Výrobná linka bude pozostáva z 10 zariadení: podávač skleného vlákna; aplikátor ivice; viaczónová pec na sieovanie; modul chladenia; integrovaný automatický modul pohonu; modul kontrukcie, tvorby jadra tyče; automatický modul tvarujúci aktívnu matricu; modul pohonu ohýbaných prvkov; automatická píla na rezanie; centrálna riadiaca skriňa, vodiče, automatika, softvér. Uvedené zariadenia nie je moné obstara a pouíva samostatne, ale musia by dodané ako jeden celok. Ciežom predkladaného projektu je etablovanie sa spoločnosti ComRebars Slovakia, s.r.o. na trhu a posilnenie jej konkurencieschopnosti prostredníctvom zavedenia novej výroby, ktorá bude charakterom výrobného procesu predstavova inováciu pre trh. Ciež projektu bude dosiahnutý zrealizovaním jednej hlavnej aktivity projektu Začatie a rozvoj podnikania MSP s dĺkou trvania 12 mesiacov, v rámci ktorej bude výrobná linka dodaná, intalovaná, uvedená do skúobnej a následne aj do riadnej prevádzky. V súvislosti so zavedením novej výroby budú v spoločnosti iadateža počas obdobia realizácie projektu vytvorené a obsadené 3 pracovné miesta. Výsledkom zrealizovaného projektu bude dosiahnutie meratežných ukazovatežov: Počet inovovaných procesov (1), Počet podnikov, ktoré dostávajú granty (1), Počet podporených nových podnikov (1) a Nárast zamestnanosti v podporovaných podnikoch (3). | Property / summary: The subject of this project is the acquisition of a line for the production of bent and direct composite fittings. The production line will consist of 10 devices: glass fibre feeder; applicator ivice; multi-zone sieve furnace; cooling module; integrated automatic drive module; module of construction, formation of the core of the rod; automatic module forming the active matrix; the drive module of bent elements; automatic saw for cutting; central control cabinet, conductors, automation, software. The above-mentioned equipment is not available and used separately, but must be delivered as a whole. The aim of the present project is to establish ComRebars Slovakia, s.r.o. on the market and to strengthen its competitiveness through the introduction of new production, which will be the character of the production process to present innovation for the market. The aim of the project will be achieved through the realisation of one main activity of the project Starting up and developing an SME business with a duration of 12 months, within which the production line will be delivered, installed, put into testing and subsequently into regular operation. In connection with the introduction of new production, 3 jobs will be created and occupied by the company during the project implementation period. The realised project will result in the achievement of measurement indicators: Number of innovative processes (1), Number of enterprises receiving grants (1), Number of new enterprises supported (1) and employment growth in supported enterprises (3).
