| Property / summary: Ciežom projektu je zvýi zamestnanos a samozamestnanos mladých žudí v regióne Horný ari.Ciežovou skupinou sú mladí žudia (NEET): do 25 rokov, uchádzači o zamestnanie minimálne 3 mesiace a do 29 rokov, uchádzači o zamestnanie minimálne 6 mesiacov.Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je príprava na začatie podnikania a pomoc pri samozamestnávaní mladých (NEET) žudí z okresov Bardejov, Stropkov a Svidník.Podaktivity projektu:- vzdelávanie osôb z ciežovej skupiny v rozsahu minimálne 100 hodín kadej osoby- vypracovanie podnikatežského plánu- vyhžadávanie uchádzačov o zamestnanie (UoZ) z ciežovej skupiny (CS), ktorí budú zapojení do projektu- motivačné aktivity a zistenie potenciálu UoZ smerujúce k samozamestnávaniu a zamestnaniu- zistenie potenciálu UoZ v oblasti samozamestnávania a zamestnania- poradenstvo osobám CS pred zaloením samostátnej zárobkovej činnosti (SZČ)- pomoc pri zaloení samostatne zárobkovej činnosti alebo inej formy samozamestnávania- vytváranie partnerstiev so tátnymi intitúciami, samosprávami, neziskovým a podnikatežským sektorom regionu/ sieovanie partnerov na podporu začatia podnikania mladých žudí (financovanie, coworking)- výmena informácií a dobrej praxe z oblasti podnikania- zavedenie nových alebo inovatívnych foriem podpory začatia podnikania (cvičné firmy, informácie o praktickej skúsenosti SZČO regiónu so vznikom MSP)Miesto realizácie projektu - územie okresov Bardejov, Stropkov a Svidník v Preovskom samosprávnom krajiMeratežné ukazovatele projektu:- nezamestnaní, ktorí dokončia intervenciu - 42 osôb- nezamestnaní, ktorí sú v čase odchodu zamestnaní vrátane SZČ - 13 osôb- osoby vo veku do 29 rokov - 42 osôb (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase the employment and self-employment of young people in the region of Upper ari. The target group is young people (NEETs): up to 25 years, jobseekers at least 3 months and up to 29 years, jobseekers for at least 6 months.The main activity of the project is preparation for starting a business and assistance in self-employment of young people (NEETs) from Bardejov, Stropkov and Svidník districts.Subactivities of the project:- education of persons from the target group in the range of at least 100 hours of each person- drawing up a business plan- searching for jobseekers (UoZ) from the target group (CS), who will be involved in the project- motivational activities and identification of the potential of UoZ towards self-employment and employment- finding the potential of UoZ in the field of self-employment and employment- counselling to CS persons before setting up self-employment (self-employed)- assistance in establishing self-employment or other forms of self-employment- creating partnerships with state institutions, municipalities, non-profit and business sectors of the region/Sharing partners to support the start-up of young people (financing, coworking)- exchange of information and good practice in the field of entrepreneurship – introduction of new or innovative forms of support for starting a business (training firms, information on the practical experience of the self-employed region with the creation of SMEs)Place of implementation of the project – the territory of the districts of Bardejov, Stropkov and Svidník in the Preov Self-governing RegionMerate indicators of the project:- unemployed who complete the intervention – 42 persons – unemployed, who are employed at the time of departure, including SZČ – 13 persons – persons aged 29-42 (English) / rank | |||||||||||||||
