Ciežom projektu je prehĺbi spoluprácu s rodičmi a prehĺbi pomoc pre iakov so VVP. Realizácia projektu bude prebieha v dvoch hlavných aktivitách:Aktivita č.1: Sme tu pre Vás,aktivita zameraná na podporu spolupráce s rodinami iakov so VVP realizované kolským peciálnym pedagógomAktivita č.2: Učíme sa radi,aktivita zameraná na podporu výchovno-vzdelávacích výsledkov iakov realizované asistentom učitežaRealizácie projektu bude prebieha v čase od 09/2017 do 08/2020. Miesto realizácie bude Zvolen priestory koly. Ciežová skupina: iaci základnej koly vrátane iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami. V projekte budú naplnené tieto plánované meratežné ukazovatele:P0052 Dodatočný počet iakov so VVP zaradených v bených triedach, v kolách ktoré implementujú inkluzívny model vzdelávania 24 mesiacov po skončení projektu - 10P0053 Dodatočný počet iakov so VVP zo SZP zaradených v bených triedach, v kolách ktoré implementujú inkluzívny model vzdelávania 24 mesiacov po skončení projektu - 0P0314 Počet podporených kôl, ktoré uplatňujú inkluzívny model vzdelávania - 1P0421 Počet kôl zapojených do aktivít zameraných na podporu inkluzívneho modelu vzdelávania - 1P0605 Počet iakov so VVP v podporených kolách zapojených do aktivít zameraných na podporu inkluzívneho modelu vzdelávania, ktorým sa zlepili tudijné výsledky 6 mesiacov po absolvovaní programu - 25P0606 Počet iakov so VVP v podporených kolách zapojených do aktivít zameraných na podporu inkluzívneho modelu vzdelávania -85 (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||
