| Property / summary: Zdruenie STORM u viac ako pätnás rokov pôsobí v oblasti sekundárnej prevencie prostredníctvom terénnej práce a sociálnej práce v nízkoprahovom centre. Nízkoprahové centrum pre deti a mláde (11 a 22 rokov) funguje u 10 rokov a jeho činnos je zameraná na minimalizovanie sociálno patologických javov, rizikového správania a posilnenie pozitívnych vzorcov spravania sa. Prostredníctvom rozvoja fungujúceho ambulantného programu v Nitre v nízkoprahovom centre a rozbehnutia nového terénneho programu v meste Nitra a jeho blízkom okolí chceme napomôc k zniovaniu negatívnych dopadov spojených s rizikovým správaním a málo podnetným prostredím na vývoj detí a mládee. Realizáciou projektu chceme dosiahnú zvýenie počtu klientov a členov ich rodín vyuívajúcich sluby zariadenia - napr. peciáne sociálne poradenstvo, rozvoj novej sluby a tým nárast počtu nových ciežových skupín vyuívajúcich intrvencie zamerané na zniovanie negatívnych vplyvov poskytované terénnou formou, zvýenie intenzity výkonu opatrení v rámci u realizovaných aktivít. Nový rozírený projektový model prevádzky by napĺňal potreby vyieho počtu detí, mládee ako aj ich rodín, ktorým by tak boli k dispozícii žahko dostupné, bezplatné, odborné intervencie zamerané na pomoc a podporu. | Property / summary: STORM has been working in the area of secondary prevention through fieldwork and social work in the low-threshold centre for more than fifteen years. The low-threshold centre for children and youth (11 and 22 years) operates at 10 years and its activity is aimed at minimising social pathological phenomena, risky behaviour and strengthening positive behaviour patterns. Through the development of a functioning outpatient program in Nitra in the low-threshold centre and the launch of a new field program in the city of Nitra and its surroundings, we want to help to reduce the negative impacts associated with risky behaviour and a little stimulating environment on children’s and youth development. By implementing the project, we want to achieve an increase in the number of clients and members of their families using the services of the facility – e.g. furnaces social counselling, development of a new service and thus an increase in the number of new target groups using intrusions aimed at reducing negative influences provided by the field form, increasing the intensity of the measures within the implemented activities. A new expanded project model of operation would meet the needs of a large number of children, youth and their families, making them easily accessible, free of charge, expert assistance and support interventions.
