| Property / summary: Na základe viac ako 15 rokov skúseností práce s náhradnými rodami vytvorila SPDDD Úsmev ako dar projekt Partner 1 Príprava a sprevádzanie náhradných rodín na Slovensku, zameraný na poskytovanie komplexných sluieb náhradným rodinám v 5 regiónoch Slovenska s ciežom dôsledne pripravi záujemcov o náhradné rodičovstvo, sprevádza ich nie len pri kontakte ale aj adaptácii dieaa na novú rodinu, ako aj sprevádza ich dlhodobo a celoivotne vo vetkých etapách ich ivota. Aktivitami projektu je program prípravy záujemcov o náhradné rodičovstvo vrátane inovovaného programu pre prijatie ako umiestnitežných detí, podporený kampaňou zameranou na posilnenie záujmu rodín o rôzne formy náhradného rodičovstva, ako aj komplexný systém sluieb zameraný na systematické sprevádzanie náhradných rodín (zloený z individuálneho a skupinového poradenstva poskytovaného aj priamo v prostredí rodiny a formou tzv. mobilného poradenstva, svojpomocných skupín, skupinových aktivít, pre ktoré bude vytvorený peciálny modulový program zameraný sprevádzanie náhradných rodín podža pecifických potrieb detí), ktorého súčasou sú aj inovatívne metódy a nástroje zamerané na vyuitie potenciálu rodiny na rieenie situácie dieaa, podpory vývinu detí prostredníctvom vytvárania rovesníckych skupín pre prijaté a biologické deti, vyuívanie potenciálu skúsených náhradných rodičov pri príprave a sprevádzaní náhradných rodín, vytváranie podpornej odbornej siete pre náhradné rodiny a výskum zameraný na zisovanie a vyhodnocovanie napĺňania potrieb náhradných rodín. Výsledkom projektu bude komplexný celoslovenský program prípravy a sprevádzania náhradných rodín v tandardných aj pecifických potrebách a ivotných etapách, realizovaný odborníkmi v 5 regiónoch Slovenska. | Property / summary: On the basis of more than 15 years of experience of working with alternative families, SPDDD Úsmev created as a gift project Partner 1 Preparation and accompaniment of replacement families in Slovakia, aimed at providing comprehensive services to substitute families in 5 regions of Slovakia with a view to consistently preparing candidates for replacement parenthood, accompanied not only by contact but also by adaptation of the dieao to a new family, as well as their long-term and life-long life in all stages of their life. The activities of the project are a programme of preparation of candidates for replacement parenthood, including an innovative program for admission as placement children, supported by a campaign aimed at strengthening the interest of families in various forms of foster parenthood, as well as a comprehensive system of services aimed at systematically accompanying foster families (consisting of individual and group counselling provided also directly in the family environment and in the form of mobile counselling, self-help groups, group activities, for which a special modular programme will be created aimed at accompanying replacement families under the specific needs of children). this includes innovative methods and tools aimed at unlocking the potential of the family to address the situation of the dieao, supporting the development of children through the creation of peer groups for accepted and biological children, using the potential of experienced surrogate parents in preparing and accompanying foster families, creating a supportive professional network for surrogate families and research aimed at identifying and evaluating the needs of foster families. The result of the project will be a comprehensive nationwide programme of preparation and accompanying of alternate families in standard and specific needs and life stages, implemented by experts in 5 regions of Slovakia.
