Projekt " Zníženie energetickej náročnosti  objektu Mestský úrad v Bojniciach" rieši sanáciu obvodového pl᚝a mestského úradu, ktorá predstavuje zateplenie stien, výmenu výplní okenných otvorov  a otvorov zasklených stien, sanáciu strechy a výmenu svietidiel. Nakožko pri zateplení bude potrebné zdemontova zvody bleskozvodovej sústavy, bude aj bleskozvod realizovaný nanovo. Sanácia šikmej strešnej konštrukcie objektu predstavuje,  okrem výmeny krytiny,  jej zateplenie na úrovni stropnej konštrukcie najvyššieho podlažia, plochá strecha bude zateplená novou vrstvou tepelnej izolácie a následne novou hydroizolačnou vrstvou.V rámci interiéru budú vymenené svietidlá za energeticky menej náročné a bude vykonané hydraulické vyváženie vykurovacej sústavy. Na vykrytie potreby elektrickej energie pre serverovňu úradu , budú na plochej streche inštalované fotovoltické panely. Uvedenými opatreniami dosiahneme zlepšenie tepelnotechnických vlastností budovy - t.j. zvýšenie tepelného odporu stavebnej konštrukcie a zníženie súčiniteža prechodu  tepla .  Znížením energetickej náročnosti budovy dosiahneme zníženie množstva emisií a zlepšenie kvality ovzdušia v našom kúpežnom meste. Prídavným efektom vykonaných opatrení je zníženie hlučnosti  v objekte. (Slovak)

The project “Reducing the energy intensity of the building Municipal Office in Bojnice” is remediation of the perimeter beach of the municipal authority, which represents insulation of the walls, replacement of the fillings of window openings and openings of glazed walls, restoration of the roof and replacement of luminaires. In the case of insulation, it will be necessary to disassemble the lightning conductor system, the lightning rod will be re-implemented. Remediation of the ikmé strung structure of the building represents, in addition to the replacement of the covering, its insulation at the level of the ceiling construction of the highest floor, the flat roof will be insulated with a new layer of thermal insulation and subsequently a new waterproofing layer.In the interior, the luminaires will be replaced with less energy-intensive and hydraulic weighing of the heating system will be carried out. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on a flat roof to cover the power needs for the office server room. The above measures will improve the thermal properties of the building – i.e. increase the thermal resistance of the construction structure and reduce the coefficient of heat transfer.  By reducing the energy intensity of the building, we will reduce the amount of emissions and improve the air quality in our spa town. The additional effect of the measures taken is the reduction of noise in the object. (English)
