| Property / summary: Projekt je zameraný na rozírenie kapacity existujúcej materskej koly na Hrebendovej ulici v Koiciach-MČ LUNÍK IX,s vysokou koncentráciou prítomnosti MRK. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je Rekontrukcia budovy materskej koly/elokovaného pracoviska za účelom rozírenia jej kapacity prístavbou, nadstavbou, rekontrukciou, zmenou dispozície objektov. Projekt riei prístavbu nového jednopodlaného pavilónu pre dve triedy(44 iakov).Súčasou projektu je prestavba existujúcej spojovacej chodby a stavebné úpravy - zateplenia strenej kontrukcie. Celkovo predstavujú stavebné úpravy existujúcich budov 26% obalovej kontrukcie,čo znamená,e sa jedná o významnú obnovu z hžadiska minimálnych poiadaviek na energetickú hospodárnos budov.Súčasou stavebných úprav a prístavby sú stavebné práce pre zabezpečenie dodávok energií, vody ako aj rieenia odpadov, nové oplotenie.Realizovaním aktivít zabezpečíme nárast kapacity v existujúcej materskej kole viac ako o 30% súčasnej kapacity. Projekt je previazaný na plánované neinvestičné aktivity v rámci prioritnej osi 5, pretoe sa mesto Koice plánuje zapoji do NP Take away. Projekt je v súlade so pecifickým ciežom 6.1.2 Zlepi prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu vrátane vzdelávania a starostlivosti v rannom detstve v rámci OP źZ a prispeje k zosúladeniu pracovného a rodinného ivota u ien. | Property / summary: The project is aimed at expanding the capacity of the existing Maternity School on Hrebendova Street in Koice-MČ LUNÍK IX, with a high concentration of the presence of MRK. The main activity of the project is the reconstruction of the building of the maternal cola/should workplace in order to expand its capacity by extension, superstructure, reconstruction, change of disposition of objects. Project riei extension of a new single-floor pavilion for two classes (44 iakov).The time of the project is the reconstruction of the existing connecting corridor and building modifications – insulation of the bolted construction. Overall, building modifications to existing buildings account for 26 % of the packaging construction, which means that it is a significant renovation from the demand for minimum requirements for the energy efficiency of buildings. At the time of building modifications and extensions are construction works to ensure the supply of energy, water as well as waste treatment, new fencing. By implementing the activities, we will ensure an increase in capacity in the existing maternity round by more than 30 % of the current capacity. The project is linked to the planned non-investment activities under Priority Axis 5, because Koice is planning to participate in the Take away NP. The project is in line with specific objective 6.1.2 Improve access to quality education, including early childhood education and care, under OP źZ and will contribute to the reconciliation of work and family life.
