Projekt je zaměřen na rozvoj vzdělávání v rámci společnosti PRO-DOMA, SE a bude se týkat cílové skupiny "zaměstnanci". Cítíme vysokou potřebu zvýšení adaptability zaměstnanců na stávající potřeby trhu a na nastavené standardy společnosti. V projektu bude uceleným systémem vzdělávání posílena odborná kvalifikace a dovednosti tak, aby společnost mohla i dále nabízet a rozvíjet vysoký standard poskytování služeb v oblasti prodeje stavebního materiálu a docílit trvale udržitelného růstu společnosti.
