Ciežom projektu je dosiahnu dosiahnu komplexné rieenie energetickej hospodárnosti administratívnej budovy zabezpečujúce energetickú efektívnos budovy pri jej uívaní a zároveň zníenie energetickej náročnosti (skutočná spotreba energie) a zároveň vyriei aj bezbariérový prístup do objektu. Uvedený ciež bude dosiahnutý formou zlepenia kvality obalových kontrukcií a vnútornej tepelnej pohody, efektívnej výmeny vzduchu, výmeny sytému vykurovania, prípravy teplej vody a osvetlenia. The aim of the project is to achieve a comprehensive solution to the energy performance of an administrative building ensuring the energy efficiency of the building while using it and at the same time reducing the energy intensity (actual energy consumption) as well as providing barrier-free access to the building. This objective will be achieved by improving the quality of packaging contrusions and internal thermal comfort, efficient air exchange, replacement of heating system, hot water and lighting.
