Budova obecného úradu sa nachádza v obci, ktorá leí v okrese Preov v Preovskom samosprávnom kraji a je vstupnou obcou do regiónu Čierna hora. Ciežom rekotrukcie obecného úradu je zefektívni náklady, energetickú náročnos a zníi emisie budovy obecného úradu a vzniknuté ekonomické úspory investova do skvalitnenia sluieb občanom a návtevníkov obce Bzenov. Ciežovou skupinou je 740 obyvatežov obce Bzenov.Existujúci stav budovy nevyhovuje kvôli zastaraných stavebným kontrukciám a mnostvu výplní otvorov v kontrukcii, ktoré výrazne zvyujú potrebu tepla na vykurovanie.Realizácia projektu pozostáva:zo zateplenia obvodového pláazateplenia strechyvýmeny otvorových kontrukciírekontruciou zdroja teplaintalácie slnečných kolektorovvýmenu svetelných zdrojovmerania, riadenia a regulácie spotreby energieJe to budova z 50-tých rokov a okrem čiastočnej výmeny okien a opráv havarijných stavov, budova nebola rekontruovaná. Z energetického auditu vyplýva, e navrhovanými opatreniami vie obec uetri 16 423 EUR ročne. Ciežom obce je zníenie energetickej náročnosti budovy a z uetrených prostriedkov, tie investova do rozvoja ďalích aktivít, ktoré prispejú ku skvalitneniu sluieb občanom a návtevníkom obce. (Slovak)

The building of the municipal office is located in the village, which lies in the Preov district in the Preov Self-Governing Region and is an entrance to the region Montenegro. The aim of the reconstruction of the municipal office is to streamline costs, energy demand and reduce the emissions of the municipal office building and the resulting economic savings to invest in the improvement of services to citizens and visitors of the municipality of Bzenov. The main group is 740 inhabitants of the village of Bzenov.The existing state of the building does not suit due to outdated construction structures and the amount of fillings of holes in the construction, which significantly increase the need for heat for heating.The project implementation consists of:from the insulation of the perimeter flattening of the roof exchange of the opening contrusions bycontrusion of the heat source of the installation of solar collectorsthe exchange of light sources of measurement, control and control of energy consumption is a building from the 50th years and besides partial replacement of windows and repairs of emergency conditions, the building was not reconstructed. The energy audit shows that with the proposed measures the municipality knows about EUR 16423 per year. The aim of the village is to reduce the energy intensity of the building and from the resources of the environment, to invest in the development of other activities, which will contribute to the improvement of services to citizens and visitors of the village.
