Ciežom projektu je vytvorenie pozície sociálneho pedagóga, ktorý bude vykonáva odborné činnosti v rámci prevencie, intervencie, poskytovania poradenstva pre deti a iakov základnej koly v Rabčiciach. Úlohou sociálneho pedagóga bude vykonáva aj tieto činnosti: - zabezpečuje sociálny servis pre iakov, spolupracuje so vetkými subjektmi vo vzdelávacom prostredí (rodičia, odborní zamestnanci, prepojenie koly s poradenskými zariadeniami). Vypracuje akčný plán pre inklúzivné vzdelávanie, ktorý bude vožne dostupný na webovej stránke koly a môe by pomôckou aj pre ďalie Z.Vytvorí metodiku sociálneho poradenstva pre základné koly. Sociálny pedagóg má v súčasnosti kžúčovú pozíciu na Z, zásadne ovplyvňuje úspené uplatnenie iakov na trhu práce. (Slovak)

The aim of the project is to create the position of a social educator who will carry out professional activities in the framework of prevention, intervention, provision of counselling for children and students of the elementary school in Rabčice. The role of the social educator will also be to carry out the following activities: — provides social service for students, cooperates with all entities in the educational environment (parents, professional employees, connecting the school with consulting facilities). It will develop an action plan for inclusive education, which will be accessible on the website of the school and could help others to develop a methodology for social counselling for the basic rounds. The social educator currently holds a key position in the Z, fundamentally affecting the successful application of colds in the labour market. (English)
