Firma JUNKOEKO SRL si-a propus crearea de produse cu valoare adaugata mare prin valorificarea rezultatelor unei cercetari romanesti, care contribuie semnificativ la reducerea poluarii mediului, prin cresterea gradului de recuperare a metalelor neferoase continute in deseurile de neferoase si reintroducerea in circuitul economic al unor cantitati importante din aceste metale, a diminuarii consumurilor energetice si a diminuarii emisiilor de CO2 , a noxelor SOx si NOx si eliminarea completa a COV urilor . Obiectivul principal al proiectului propus il reprezinta cresterea capacitatii si infrastructurii de Cercetare-Dezvoltare a aplicantului prin realizarea unui echipament inovativ de topire in camp de microunde a deseurilor metalice neferoase si DEEE-uri (deseuri de echipamente electrice si electronice), prevazut cu un sistem inovator de filtrare a noxelor rezultate din topire. Diversificarea tehnologiilor pentru topirea si rafinarea metalelor din deseuri neferoase si DEEE-uri Procedeul are la baza topirea metalelor printr-un procedeu neconventional cu un consum redus de energie(cca.30%), si permite diversificarea ofertei prin producerea şi comercializarea unor produse substanţial îmbunătăţite cu valoare adaugata mare. JUNKOEKO SRL aims to create high value added products by capitalising on the results of a Romanian research, which significantly contributes to reducing environmental pollution, by increasing the recovery of non-ferrous metals contained in non-ferrous waste and reintroducing important quantities of these metals into the economic circuit, reducing energy consumption and reducing CO2 emissions, SOx and NOx pollutants and the complete elimination of VOCs. The main objective of the proposed project is to increase the capacity and infrastructure of research and development of the applicant by creating an innovative equipment for melting non-ferrous metal waste and WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) in the microwave field, provided with an innovative system for filtering the noxes resulting from the melting. Diversification of technologies for the smelting and refining of metals from non-ferrous waste and WEEE The procedure is based on metal smelting by a non-conventional process with low energy consumption (about.30 %), and allows diversification of supply by producing and marketing substantially improved products with high added value.
