Obiectivul general al proiectului urmareste promovarea ocuparii sustenabile si a mobilitatii profesionale si teritoriale a fortei de munca pe plan inter-regional pentru someri si persoane inactive (cu accent pe somerii de lunga durata, inclusiv lucratori varstnici, persoane cu dizabilitati si cu nivel redus de educatie), pentru cetateni de etnie roma si pentru cei din mediul rural din Regiunile Centru, Sud-Est, Sud Muntenia si Nord-Est, pe o perioada de 18 luni. Proiectul isi aduce contributia la realizarea obiectivelor specifice ale Prioritatii de investitii 8.i ca urmare a modului in care isi defineste grupul tinta, activitatile si rezultatele prevazute: - In conformitate cu obiectivele specifice (OS) 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 si 3.6, persoanele care vor beneficia de sprijin in cadrul proiectului vor face parte din urmatoarele categorii sociale: someri si inactivi, persoane de etnie roma si persoane din mediul rural, cu accent pe somerii de lunga durata, lucratorii varstnici (55-64 ani), persoanele cu dizabilitati, persoanele cu nivel redus de educatie (studii ISCED 1 sau ISCED 2 sau ISCED 3 sau ISCED 4), minoritatea roma si persoanele din mediul rural, in special cele din agricultura de subzistenta si semi-subzistenta. Din grupul tinta nu vor face parte tinerii NEETs someri. - Actiunile si activitatile proiectului vor viza: a) imbunatatirea nivelului de competente prin participarea la programe de formare profesionala personalizate; b) cresterea nivelului de ocupare prin furnizarea de servicii de informare si consiliere profesionala si servicii de mediere a muncii a somerilor si persoanelor inactive; c) incurajarea mobilitatii fortei de munca in vederea cresterii capacitatii somerilor si persoanelor inactive de a-si gasi un loc de munca printr-o campanie publica; d) promovarea inovarii sociale si a nediscriminarii, ca solutii viabile de rezolvare a unor probleme cu care se confrunta grupul tinta - Rezultatele activitatilor proiectului ating rezultatele OS 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 si 3.6, cu efect direct asupra atingerii valorilor tinta pentru anul 2023 ale indicatorilor de rezultat comuni si ai indicatorilor de realizare comuni si specifici preconizati pentru PI 8.i. Iar aceste rezultate vor contribui mai departe la atingerea obiectivului de 70% rata de ocupare pentru populatia in varsta de 20-64 ani asumat in contextul Strategiei Europa 2020 si a obiectivului general al AP 2014-2020 de a reduce disparitatile de dezvoltare economica si sociala dintre Romania si statele membre ale UE. Efectele pozitive pe termen lung ale proiectului asupra grupului tinta vor fi urmatoarele: - Intarirea capacitatii decizionale si de planificare a viitorului profesional ca urmare a actiunilor de informare si constientizare desfasurate in cadrul campaniei de spjinire a mobilitatii fortei de munca - Dobandirea de acces crescut pe piata muncii ca urmare a activitatilor de consiliere si informare profesionale si mediere a muncii - Cresterea gradului de par (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to promote the sustainable employment and professional and territorial mobility of the labor force at inter-regional level for unemployed people and inactive people (with a focus on long-term unemployed, including older workers, people with disabilities and low level of education), for Roma citizens and for those from rural areas in the Centre, South-East, South Muntenia and North-East regions, for a period of 18 months. The project contributes to the achievement of the specific objectives of the investment priority 8.i. due to the way in which it defines its target group, the activities and the expected results: — In accordance with the specific objectives (SOs) 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6, the persons who will receive support under the project will be part of the following social categories: unemployed and inactive, Roma and rural people, with a focus on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years old), people with disabilities, people with low education (ISCED 1 or ISCED 2 or ISCED 3 or ISCED 4 studies), Roma minority and rural people, especially those in subsistence and semi-subsistence agriculture. Young unemployed NEETs will not be part of the target group. — The actions and activities of the project will concern: a) improving the level of competence by participating in personalised training programmes; B) increasing the level of employment through the provision of information and professional counselling services and labour mediation services of unemployed persons and inactive persons; C) encourage labour mobility in order to increase the capacity of unemployed people and inactive people to find a job through a public campaign; D) promoting social innovation and non-discrimination, as viable solutions for solving some problems faced by the target group – The results of the project activities achieve the results of OS 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6, with a direct effect on the achievement of the target values for 2023 of common result indicators and common and specific output indicators envisaged for IP 8.i. And these results will further contribute to achieving the 70 % employment rate for the population aged 20-64 in the context of the Europe 2020 Strategy and the overall objective of the PA 2014-2020 to reduce economic and social development disparities between Romania and the EU Member States. The long-term positive effects of the project on the target group will be the following: — Strengthening the decision-making and planning capacity of the professional future as a result of the information and awareness actions carried out within the campaign to support labour mobility – Increasing access to the labour market as a result of professional counselling and information activities and labor mediation – Increasing the degree of hair (English)
