Obiectivul general al proiectului este imbunatatirea calitatii capitalului uman in vederea reducerii numarului de persoane aflate in risc de saracie si excluziune sociala din comunitatea Leader Tinutul Haiducilor mai putin locuitorii comunei Lechinta (O.S 4.1) si/sau cei care beneficiaza de finantare prin : AP 4 – PI 9.ii, O.S 4.1, O.S. 4.2., O.S.4.4 sau AP 6- PI 10i, ca raspuns la nevoile identificate prin SDL Tinutul Haiducilor analiza preliminara a teritoriului. Prin realizarea acestui proiect partenerii contribuie la cresterea incluziunii sociale, pentru un numar de 250 participanti, prin corelarea interventiilor integrate, orientate spre furnizarea coordonata a serviciilor de ocupare (inclusiv sprijin antreprenorial), dezvoltarea de servicii sociale la nivelul comunitatii si masuri privind combaterea inovativa a discriminarii, promovarea multiculturalismului si a voluntariatului. Toate actiunile seminariile ateliere de lucru vor fi adresate, în egală măsură, etnicilor romi, cât și non-romi. Toate actiunile vor aborda si economia circulara. Trecerea la o economie circulară ar putea aduce beneficii cum ar fi reducerea presiunii asupra mediului, îmbunătățirea securității aprovizionării cu materii prime, creșterea competitivității, stimularea inovării, stimularea creșterii economice, crearea de locuri de muncă. Proiectul se va derula pe o perioada de 36 luni si, prin strategia de comunicare va crea inovare sociala in zona de derulare a interventiei asigurant sustenabilitatea operatiunii. Prin cele 4 pachete de activitati care se vor derula in cadrul operatiunii, pe o perioada de 36 luni, se vor dezvolta parteneriate sociale identificand si implicand atat grupul tinta cat si alti stakeholderi pentru a promova incluziunea sociala, combaterea saraciei si a oricarei discriminari aducandu-si aportul la realizarea obiectivului tematic nr 9 dupa cum urmeaza: prin masuri sociale de ocupare si de promvare a incluziuni sociale. 125 adulti vor fi sprijiniti prin servicii de acompaniere, consiliere si mediere, prin dezvoltarea abilitatilor si competentelor (facandu-i mai atractivi pentru piata muncii) si printr- o serie de masuri inovatoare care sunt menite sa schimbe mentalitati. 250 persoane vor beneficia de masuri integrate din care 125 persoane vor beneficia de servicii sociale, informare si constientizare si 125 masuri de ocupare, antreprenoriat si informare/ constientizare. Saracia si excluziunea sociala a acestor persoane este o consecinta a unor mentalitati invechite si a unor relatii sociale, din comunitate, inadecvate. Prin actiuni inovatoare se va intari parteneriatul social, spiritul comunitar, intrajutorarea si antreprenoriatul raspunzand astfel prioritatii de investitii 9.vi – Strategii de dezvoltare locală plasate sub responsabilitatea comunității. Persoanele in varsta care sunt afectate de probleme majore de sanatate vor beneficia de servicii sociale in vederea integrarii/reintegrarii in societate, care ii vor ajuta sa-si imbunatateas (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to improve the quality of human capital in order to reduce the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion from the community Leader Haiducilor County less the inhabitants of Lechinta commune (O.S 4.1) and/or those who benefit from funding through: AP 4 – PI 9.ii, O.S. 4.1, O.S. 4.2., O.S.4.4 or AP 6- PI 10i, in response to the needs identified by SDL Haiducilor County Preliminary Analysis of the Territory. By carrying out this project, the partners contribute to increasing social inclusion, for a number of 250 participants, by linking integrated interventions, oriented towards coordinated provision of employment services (including entrepreneurial support), the development of social services at community level and measures to combat innovative discrimination, promote multiculturalism and volunteering. All actions of workshops will be addressed equally to Roma and non-Roma. All actions will also address the circular economy. The shift to a circular economy could bring benefits such as reducing pressure on the environment, improving security of supply of raw materials, increasing competitiveness, stimulating innovation, boosting growth, creating jobs. The project will run for a period of 36 months and through the communication strategy will create social innovation in the area of the intervention ensuring the sustainability of the operation. Through the 4 packages of activities that will be carried out during the operation, over a period of 36 months, social partnerships will be developed, identifying and involving both the target group and other stakeholders to promote social inclusion, combating poverty and any discrimination, contributing to the achievement of thematic objective no. 9 as follows: by social measures of employment and foresight of social inclusions. 125 adults will be supported by accompanying services, counselling and mediation, by developing skills and competences (making them more attractive to the labour market) and by a series of innovative measures that are meant to change mindsets. 250 people will benefit from integrated measures of which 125 people will benefit from social services, information and awareness and 125 measures of employment, entrepreneurship and information/awareness. Poverty and social exclusion of these people is a consequence of outdated mentalities and social relations, in the community, inadequate. Innovative actions will strengthen social partnership, community spirit, support and entrepreneurship, thus responding to investment priority 9.vi – Community-led local development strategies.
