Obiectivul general al proiectului este cresterea performantelor in plan profesional a angajatilor din departamentele de resurse umane, cat si managerilor si antreprenorilor care isi gestioneaza propriile afaceri din cadrul IMM-urilor active in domenii prioritare si identificate in SNC. Astfel, se are in vedere implicarea intr-un program complex si motivant de formare a 510 persoane angajate in IMM-uri ce activeaza in sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificat in SNC si in corelare cu domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Prezentul proiect contribuie la atingerea obiectivului general al POCU “dezvoltarea resurselor umane”, datorita activitatilor ce vizeaza dezvoltarea competentelor profesionale a angajatilor „strategici” ai IMM-urilor inovative, coroborate cu cele specifice managementului inovarii si transferului tehnologic pentru un grup tinta de minimum 510 persoane din Regiunea Sud Vest Oltenia, respectiv: a. angajati cu contract individual de munca (cu norma intreaga sau cu partial), care asigura managementul strategic si care ocupa pozitii de management manager general, director general, manager executiv, director executiv, director adjunct, manager de departament, manager de proiect, manager de linie, etc.); b. angajati cu contract individual de munca (cu norma intreaga sau cu timp partial) din departamentele de resurse umane; c. antreprenori care isi gestioneaza propriile afaceri. Prin proiect se dezvolta oportunitati crescute de dezvoltare si reorganizare strategica bazate pe metode noi si inovative (sprijinirea a unui numar de 57 IMM-uri in planificarea strategica pe termen lung) ce vor genera pe termen scurt si lung noi locuri de munca mai bune si mai bine platite in aceste entitati, fapt ce va contribui la cresterea competitivitatii in regiunile mai putin dezvoltate din Romania si la dezvoltarea inteligenta a unui mediu economic durabil, datorita asistentei si activitatilor de sprijin derulate in cadrul proiectului, prin intermediul parteneriatului. Scopul final al proiectului este ca prin formarea formala si non-formala la nivelul Regiunii de dezvoltare, bazata pe inovare si transfer tehnologic, sa creasca abilitatea persoanelor de a materializa cunostintele dobandite in cresterea productivitatii si eficientei IMM-urilor de unde provin, fapt ce va contribui la atingerea obiectivului tematic 8-Axa prioritara 3-POCU. Pe termen lung, efectul pozitiv al proiectului este dat de: dezvoltarea competentelor profesionale bazate pe inovare in randul a cel putin 510 persoane, diseminarea si insusirea conceptelor de noit tehnici si metode in managementul resurselor umane, managementului strategic, managementul performantei, transferul de expertiza si experiente practice catre grupul tinta, fapt ce va genera o crestere eficientei si performantei economice a mediului de afaceri implicat in proiect, precum si o gestionare eficienta a acestora, consolidarea capacitatii intreprinderilor de a include inovarea (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to increase professional performance of employees in human resources departments, as well as managers and entrepreneurs who manage their own businesses within SMEs active in priority areas and identified in SNC. Thus, the involvement in a complex and motivating program of training of 510 people employed in SMEs working in the economic sectors with competitive potential identified in the CNS and in correlation with the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI is envisaged. This project contributes to the achievement of the general objective of POCU “human resources development”, due to the activities aimed at developing the professional skills of the “strategic” employees of innovative SMEs, in conjunction with those specific to the management of innovation and technological transfer for a target group of at least 510 persons from South West Oltenia Region, respectively: a. employees with individual work contract (full-time or partial), who provide strategic management and occupy management positions general manager, general manager, executive manager, executive director, deputy director, department manager, project manager, line manager, etc.); B. Employees with individual work contract (full-time or partial time) from human resources departments; C. entrepreneurs who manage their own businesses. The project develops increased opportunities for development and strategic reorganisation based on new and innovative methods (supporting 57 SMEs in long-term strategic planning) that will generate in the short and long term new better and better paid jobs in these entities, which will contribute to increasing competitiveness in the less developed regions of Romania and to the intelligent development of a sustainable economic environment, thanks to the assistance and support activities carried out within the project, through the partnership. The final goal of the project is that through formal and non-formal training at the level of the Development Region, based on innovation and technology transfer, to increase the ability of individuals to materialise the knowledge gained in increasing the productivity and efficiency of the SMEs from which they come from, which will contribute to the achievement of the thematic objective 8-Priority Axis 3-POCU. In the long term, the positive effect of the project is given by: development of innovation-based professional skills among at least 510 people, dissemination and acquisition of new concepts of techniques and methods in human resource management, strategic management, performance management, transfer of expertise and practical experiences to the target group, which will generate an increase in the efficiency and economic performance of the business environment involved in the project, as well as their efficient management, strengthening the capacity of enterprises to include innovation (English)
