In concordanta cu obiectivele Programului Operational Regional administratia publica locala din orasul Buftea urmareste sprijinirea unei dezvoltari economice si sociale echilibrate teritorial, a tuturor zonelor localitatii, potrivit nevoilor si resurselor specifice, cu accent pe sprijinirea dezvoltarii durabile. Obiectivul general al proiectului il constituie cresterea calitatii infrastructurii in orasul Buftea si revitalizarea unei zone a localitatii, alaturi de acoperirea cererii pentru modalitati de petrecere a timpului liber, la nivel local. Prin obiectivul propus, proiectul este relevant pentru Programul Operational Regional 2014-2020, Axa prioritara 5 (Imbunatatirea mediului urban si conservarea, protectia si valorificarea durabila a patrimoniului cultural), respectiv Prioritatea de investitii 5.2. (Realizarea de actiuni destinate imbunatatirii mediului urban, revitalizarii oraselor, regenerarii si decontaminarii terenurilor industriale dezafectate, inclusiv a zonelor de reconversie, reducerii poluarii aerului si promovarii masurilor de reducere a zgomotului). Se observa ca obiectivele proiectului sunt in concordanta cu obiectivele pe termen scurt, mediu si lung de dezvoltare a comunitatii. Obiectivele se vor realiza printr-o alocare eficienta a fondurilor, in functie de gradul de prioritate si printr-o stransa coordonare cu actiuni si activitati realizate in cadrul altor proiecte de dezvoltare, in vederea cresterii confortului locuitorilor, cresterii atractivitatii orasului si stimularii dezvoltarii durabile. In accordance with the objectives of the Regional Operational Programme, the local public administration in Buftea aims to support a territorially balanced economic and social development of all areas of the locality, according to specific needs and resources, with a focus on supporting sustainable development. The general objective of the project is to increase the quality of the infrastructure in Buftea and to revitalise an area of the locality, along with covering the demand for leisure ways at local level. Through the proposed objective, the project is relevant for the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 5 (Improving the urban environment and conservation, protection and sustainable valorisation of cultural heritage), respectively the Investment Priority 5.2. (Implementing actions aimed at improving the urban environment, revitalising cities, regenerating and decontaminating brownfields, including reconversion areas, reducing air pollution and promoting noise reduction measures). It is noted that the project objectives are consistent with the short, medium and long-term objectives of community development. The objectives will be achieved through an efficient allocation of funds, depending on the priority level and by a close coordination with actions and activities carried out within other development projects, in order to increase the comfort of the inhabitants, increase the attractiveness of the city and stimulate sustainable development.
