Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta asigurarea cresterii gradului de participare al copiilor din mediul rural la invatamantul obligatoriu, imbunatatirea calitatii procesului educational, ridicarea gradului de confort al elevilor din cadrul “Scolii Generale Ionel Sarbu Ciorasti” prin reabilitarea, extinderea si modernizarea infrastructurii de invatamant. Acest obiectiv general se traduce in beneficii reale si pe termen lung pentru un numar de 120 de elevi, cadre didactice ce isi vor desfasura activitatile in unitatea de invatamant vizata de investitie, dar si pentru Unitatea Administrativ-Teritoriala: - imbunatatirea calitatii infrastructurii educationale si asigurarea unui proces educational la standard europene - cresterea participarii populatiei scolare la procesul educational prin imbunatatirea conditiilor de acces la educatie al elevilor din Comuna Ciorasti si prin asigurarea conditiilor optime de studio si dezvoltare personala - prevenirea migratiei populatiei scolare spre alte centre urbane mai dezvoltate din punct de vedere al calitatii invatamantului - cresterea accesului la infrastructura educationala extinsa, reabilitata si modernizata la nivelul comunei. - Asigurarea conditiilor pentru dezvoltarea activitatilor educative la nivelul unitatii administrative-teritoriale - Reducerea cheltuielilor anuale cu reparatiile care sunt finantate de la bugetul local al comunei Proiectul este relevant in raportul cu obiectivul specific 10.1, al Axei Prioritare 10 din cadrul POR avand in vedere ca investitiile realizate se concentreaza in directia cresterii numarului de participanti, din mediul rural, la activitatile educationale primare si gimnaziale. In raport cu indicatorii de program asumati de Romania pentru Programul Operational 2014-2020, proiectul contibuie la realizarea indicatorilor de rezultat prin aportul adus la atingerea indicatorului 1S66 Capacitatea infrastructurii de educatie care beneficiaza de sprijin scolar avand in vedere ca ne propunem ca la nivelul proiectului pana la finalizarea investitie sa avem un numar de 120 de utilizatori care pot folosi facilitatile de educatie imbunatatite. In acelasi timp proiectul contribuie si la atingerea indicatorului CO35 Capacitatea infrastructurii de educatie care beneficiaza de sprijin ce are setataa pentru anul 2023 o tinta de 115000 utilizatori ce pot folosi facilitatile de educatie imbunatatite. Prin intermediul acestui proiect vom contribui si la obiectivul general al POR 2014-2020 “cresterea competitivitatii economice si imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale” avand in vedere ca vizam reabilitarea si dotarea scolii gimnaziale din comunitate, investitie menita sa imbunatateasca conditiile de invatare ale elevilor de pe raza Comunei Ciorasti. The general objective of the project is to ensure the increase of the participation of rural children in compulsory education, to improve the quality of the educational process, to increase the level of comfort of students from the “General School Ionel Sarbu Ciorasti” through rehabilitation, extension and modernisation of educational infrastructure. This general objective translates into real and long-term benefits for 120 students, teachers who will carry out their activities in the education unit targeted by the investment, but also for the Administrative-Territorial Unit: — improving the quality of the educational infrastructure and ensuring an educational process to the European standard – increasing the participation of the school population in the educational process by improving the conditions of access to education for students from Ciorasti Commune and by ensuring optimal studio conditions and personal development – preventing school population migration to other more developed urban centers in terms of educational quality – increasing access to extended, rehabilitated and modernised educational infrastructure in the commune. — Ensuring the conditions for the development of educational activities at the level of the administrative-territorial unit – Reduction of the annual costs of repairs that are financed from the local budget of the commune The project is relevant in relation to the specific objective 10.1, of Priority Axis 10 of the ROP, considering that the investments made are concentrated in the direction of increasing the number of participants, from rural areas, to primary and secondary educational activities. In relation to the programme indicators assumed by Romania for the Operational Programme 2014-2020, the project must contribute to the achievement of result indicators by contributing to the achievement of indicator 1S66 Capacity of the education infrastructure receiving school support, considering that we intend to have 120 users at the level of the project until the completion of the investment who can use the improved education facilities. At the same time, the project contributes to the achievement of the indicator CO35 The capacity of the education infrastructure that benefits from support that has set for 2023 a target of 115000 users who can use improved education facilities. Through this project we will also contribute to the general objective of ROP 2014-2020 “increasing economic competitiveness and improving the living conditions of local and regional communities” considering that we aim at the rehabilitation and endowment of the secondary school in the community, an investment designed to improve the learning conditions of the students in Ciorasti Commune.
