Cílem projektu je prohloubení znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců společnosti Global Business s.r.o., díky čemuž firma zvládne uspokojit neustále se zvyšující požadavky zákazníků a posílit svoji konkurenceschopnost. Účelem vzdělávání je také dosáhnout vyššího stupně pružnosti firmy.
