Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja zadania polegającego na remoncie i przebudowie budynku po pogotowiu na Międzypokoleniowe Centrum Aktywności Społecznej (MCAS) i remizy strażackiej na Centrum Ratowniczo – Gaśnicze (CRG). Obiekty położone są w mieście Dobrzany - MCAS na działce nr 106/2,obręb 0001 Dobrzany a CRG na działce nr 39/17,obręb 0002 Dobrzany.Każdy z wyżej wymienionych obiektów jest niewielki, w złym stanie technicznym, a w obecnej chwili nie spełniający warunków do pełnionych funkcji i wymagający natychmiastowej interwencji i podjęcia prac remontowych, zmieniających warunki poprzez dostosowanie ich do norm związanych z pozwoleniem na użytkowanie.W zakresie inwestycji przewidziano m.in.następujące elementy,które będą także etapami rzeczowymi projektu:(1)Dokumentację projektowa:Dokumentacja techniczna,Studium wykonalności(2)Remont i przebudowa budynku po pogotowiu na Międzypokoleniowe Centrum Aktywności Społecznej:roboty budowlane wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu,roboty elektryczne i sanitarne,wyposażenie obiektu w podstawowy sprzęt(3)Remont i przebudowa remizy strażackiej na Centrum Ratowniczo-Gaśnicze:roboty budowlane wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu,roboty elektryczne i sanitarne,wyposażenie obiektu w podstawowy sprzęt(4)Zarządzenie projektem:Inspektor nadzoru,doradztwo finansowe(5)Promocja:Tablice informacyjne(6)Koszty pośrednie.Szczegółowy zakres rzeczowy przedstawiono w studium rozdział 3.1.3.1 oraz 3.1.2.1 i 4.1.3.2.Po zakończeniu projektu możliwe będzie wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności infr.powstałej w ramach realizacji projektu i nie będzie to wymagało już dodatkowych działań. The object of the project is the implementation of the task consisting of the renovation and reconstruction of the building after the ambulance to the Intergenerational Centre for Social Activity (MCAS) and the firehouse at the Rescue and Firefighting Centre (CRG). The facilities are located in the city of Dobrzany – MCAS on plot No 106/2,obręb 0001 Dobrzany and CRG on plot No 39/17,obręb 0002 Dobrzany.Each of the above-mentioned facilities is small, in poor technical condition, and currently does not meet the conditions for the functions performed and requires immediate intervention and renovation works, changing the conditions by adapting them to the standards related to the use permit.In the scope of the investment, the following elements are foreseen, which will also be material phases of the project:(1)Technical projektowa:Dokumentacja Technical Documentation,Feasibility Study(2)Renovation and reconstruction of the building after ambulance to Intergenerational Centre for Activity Społecznej:roboty construction with land development,electrical and sanitary works,equipment of the facility with basic equipment(3)Renovation and reconstruction of the firehouse to the Centre Ratowniczo-Gaśnicze:roboty construction with land development,electric and sanitary works, equipment of the facility with basic equipment(4)Management of the facility projektem:Inspektor supervision,financial advice(5)-Indirect costs(6)Indirect costs.The detailed material scope is presented in the study chapters 3.1.3.1 and 3.1.2.1 and 4.1.3.2.After the completion of the project, it will be possible to use the full functionality of the infr.formed as part of the project and this will no longer require additional activities.
