Przedmiotem projektu jest uzbrojenie techniczne terenów należących do Kostrzyńsko-Słubickiej Specjalnej Strefy Ekonomicznej – Podstrefy Pełczyce. W ramach projektu uzbrojonych zostanie 12,0855 ha terenów inwestycyjnych, poprzez budowę 1 123,4 m sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej wraz z przepompownią ścieków; budowę 1201,1 m sieci wodociągowej; budowę 880,64 m dróg gminnych wewnętrznych wraz z chodnikami. Wybudowane zostanie oświetlenie strefy wzdłuż dróg wewnętrznych. W ramach usprawnień racjonalizatorskich zlikwidowana zostanie kolizja linii energetycznej. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na zwiększenie atrakcyjności i dostępności stref inwestycyjnych na obszarze objętym KS, w wyniku stworzenia nowej strefy inwestycyjnej na zdegradowanych terenach poprzemysłowych (na gruntach pochodzenia przemysłowego pożwirowych, obecnie zdegradowanych, sklasyfikowane wg. ewidencji gruntów symbolami N i Bi). Realizowane w ramach projektu działania będą polegały na kompleksowym wyposażeniu stworzonej podstrefy ekonomicznej w media (w tym również budowie wewnętrznej infrastruktury komunikacyjnej) przeznaczone dla wszystkich przedsiębiorców, którzy będą funkcjonować na terenie strefy. Wzrost dostępności uzbrojonych terenów inwestycyjnych dla przedsiębiorców – szczególnie sektora MŚP, wpłynie na wzrost przedsiębiorczości na tych terenach, a co za tym idzie na tworzenie nowych miejsc pracy, co w konsekwencji przyczyni się do rozwiązania istotnych problemów z zakresu rozwoju gospodarczego i społecznego gminy oraz całego obszaru oddziaływania projektu. Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny i w całości zostanie zrealizowany na obszarze Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego. Pełne zagospodarowanie terenów inwestycyjnych na rzecz inwestycji realizowanych przez MŚP nastąpi nie później niż do 31 grudnia 2022 r. (przez zagospodarowanie terenu strefy inwestycyjnej rozumie się przeniesienie prawa do dysponowania tymi terenami na rzecz przedsiębiorców inwestujących w strefie, np. sprzedaż/najem/dzierżawa). The subject of the project is the technical armament of the areas belonging to the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone – the Pełczyce Subzone. As part of the project, 12,0855 ha of investment sites will be armed, through the construction of 1123,4 m of sanitary sewerage network together with a sewage pumping station; construction of 1201,1 m of water supply network; construction of 880.64 m of internal communal roads and pavements. Lighting of the zone along the internal roads will be built. As part of the rationalisation improvements, an energy line collision will be eliminated. The implementation of the project will increase the attractiveness and accessibility of investment zones in the area covered by the KS, as a result of the creation of a new investment zone in degraded post-industrial areas (on land of industrial origin, now degraded, classified according to the land register with the symbols N and Bi). The actions implemented under the project will consist of comprehensive equipment of the created economic subzone with the media (including the construction of internal communication infrastructure) intended for all entrepreneurs who will operate in the zone. The increase in the availability of armed investment areas for entrepreneurs – in particular the SME sector, will increase entrepreneurship in these areas and thus create new jobs, which will consequently contribute to solving important problems related to the economic and social development of the municipality and the whole area of impact of the project. The project is stationary and will be implemented in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in its entirety. Full development of the investment areas for investments by SMEs will take place no later than 31 December 2022 (the development of the investment zone shall mean the transfer of the right to dispose of these land to entrepreneurs investing in the zone, e.g. sale/rent/lease).
