Celem projektu jest wprowadzenie na rynek nowego innowacyjnego produktu MINIU z farszem brokułowo- łososiowym, dedykowanym dla dzieci. Zakres planowanej inwestycji to zakup maszyn do produkcji innowacyjnego produktu takich jak piec konwekcyjno–parowy, maszyna do pierogów, maszyna pakująca, linia do gotowania, myjka parowa wraz z akcesoriami niezbędnych do produkcji z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych rozwiązań technologicznych w gastronomi. Wymienione wyżej maszyny są niezbędnymi elementami prowadzącymi do wdrożenia nowego produktu w firmie i zaoferowaniu go nabywcom. Projekt wpisuje się w Działanie 2.5 RPOWŚ 2014-2020: Zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP oraz jest zgodny z założonymi wskaźnikami: Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) (CI 6) [zł] - 231 537,95, Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CI 1) [przedsiębiorstwa] - 1szt., Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje (CI 2) [przedsiębiorstwa] - 1szt.,Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy (CI 29) [przedsiębiorstwa] - 1szt., Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku (CI 28) [przedsiębiorstwa] - 1szt., Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach (CI 8) [EPC] - 3,5 EPC, Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach - mężczyźni [EPC] - 2,5, Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach - kobiety [EPC] -1, Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji nietechnologicznych [szt.] - 1 szt., Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji produktowych [szt.] - 1szt., Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji procesowych [szt.] - 1szt. The aim of the project is to launch a new innovative MINIU product with broccoli-salmon stuffing, dedicated to children. The scope of the planned investment is the purchase of machines for the production of an innovative product such as convection and steam furnace, dumpling machine, packing machine, cooking line, steam washer and accessories necessary for production using modern technological solutions in gastronomi. The above-mentioned machines are essential elements leading to the implementation of a new product in the company and offering it to the buyers. The project is in line with Measure 2.5 RPOWŚ 2014-2020: Increased uptake of innovation in SMEs and is in line with the set indicators: Private investment complementing public support to enterprises (grants) (CI 6) [PLN] – 231 537.95, Number of enterprises receiving support (CI 1) [enterprises] – 1 pcs, Number of enterprises receiving grants (CI 2) [enterprises] – 1pcs, Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the company (CI 29) [enterprises] – 1pcs, Number of enterprises supported to introduce products new to the market (CI 28) [companies] – 1 piece, employment growth in supported enterprises (CI 8) [FTE] – 3.5 FTE, Employment growth in supported enterprises – men [FTE] – 2.5, Employment growth in supported enterprises – women [FTE] -1, Number of non-technological innovations introduced [piece] – 1 piece, Number of product innovations introduced [pcs] – 1 piece, Number of process innovations introduced [piece] – 1 pcs.
