Projekt ma na celu wdrożenie w Czek.it Sp. z o.o. programu eliminującego zdrowotne czynniki ryzyka w miejscu pracy z uwzględnieniem działań szkoleniowych. Poprzez modernizację i doposażenie stanowisk pracy oraz zapewnienie szkoleń z pierwszej pomocy przedmedycznej oraz z ergonomii pracy, zminimalizowane zostaną czynniki, mogące powodować u pracowników dolegliwości w postaci m.in. bólów pleców, drętwienia nóg, bólów głowy, problemów z krążeniem czy narządem wzroku. Projekt pomoże również zapobiegać chorobom zawodowym np. zespołowi cieśni nadgarstka. Programem objęci będą pracownicy zatrudnieni na umowę o pracę na min. pół etatu. W ramach projektu stanowiska pracy zostaną wyposażone w regulowane biurka i krzesła, bezpieczne dla oczu monitory z regulacją, tablet, klawiatury i myszki nieobciążające nadgarstków, słuchawki wyciszające dźwięk z otoczenia. W pomieszczeniach pracy pojawi się także oczyszczacz powietrza. Program będzie realizowany przez 4 miesięce w siedzibie w Bielsku-Białej. (Polish)

The project aims to implement in Czek.it Sp. z o.o. a program that eliminates health risk factors in the workplace, including training activities. By modernising and retrofitting workstations and providing training in pre-medical first aid and work ergonomics, the factors that may cause problems for employees such as back pain, leg numbness, headaches, circulatory problems and eye organs will be minimised. The project will also help prevent occupational diseases such as carpal tunnel syndrome. The programme will cover staff with a minimum part-time contract. As part of the project, the workstations will be equipped with adjustable desks and chairs, eye-safe adjustable monitors, tablet, keyboards and wrist-free mouse, headphones that mute sound from the surroundings. There will also be an air purifier in the working rooms. The programme will be implemented by 4 months in Bielsko-Biała. (English)
