Projekt je zaměřen na podporu vstupu nebo návratu osob ve věku 50 a více let v Olomouckém kraji na trh práce. Do 3 Poradenských center v Přerově, Olomouci a Šumperku vstoupí do projektu postupně cca 150 účastníků cílové skupiny, kteří absolvují aktivizační a motivační aktivitu, volitelné rekvalifikace a kariérové/individuální poradenství.Hlavním cílem je zvýšení kvalifikace a zaměstnanosti znevýhodněných osob zprostředkováním zaměstnání a podporou zahájení SVČ celkem pro minimálně 43 osob.
