Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa lokalnego systemu zbiorowego zaopatrzenia w energię cieplną w Gminie Wieniawa, tj. lokalnej kotłowni zasilającej budynek Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej z Klasami Sportowymi im. Jana Kochanowskiego w Wieniawie oraz 2 budynki mieszkalne wielorodzinne. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje budowę kotłowni na biomasę o mocy nominalnej 500 kW wraz z modernizacją magazynu paliwa, budową instalacji podawania paliwa do kotła oraz do magazynu w istniejących budynkach kotłowni, dostosowaniem instalacji hydraulicznej i elektrycznej oraz instalacją liczników ciepła do pomiaru ilości energii wytworzonej w źródle i ilości energii zużytej poprzez odbiorców, demontaż istniejącego źródła ciepła, tj. dwóch kotłów wsadowych o mocy 400 kW i 250 kW ładowanych ręcznie, a także termomodernizację dwóch domów wielorodzinnych zlokalizowanych przy ul. Szkolnej 2 i 4 w Wieniawie. Głównym celem realizacji przedsięwzięcia jest zmiana zaopatrzenia budynku szkoły podstawowej w Wieniawie oraz dwóch budynków mieszkalnych poprzez zmianę sposobu wytwarzania energii cieplnej dla potrzeb c.o. i c.w.u., a także termomodernizacja dwóch budynków wielorodzinnych. Grupę odbiorców bezpośrednich projektu stanowią uczniowie, nauczyciele i pracownicy szkoły podstawowej w Wieniawie, mieszkańcy dwóch budynków wielorodzinnych oraz lokalni przedsiębiorcy, tj. potencjalni dostawcy biomasy do zmodernizowanej kotłowni. Do grupy odbiorców pośrednich należą z kolei mieszkańcy Gminy Wieniawa (5 342 osób w 2017 r., GUS), powiatu przysuskiego (42 116 osób w 2017 r., GUS) oraz całego województwa mazowieckiego (5 384 617 osób w 2017 r., GUS). Planowany okres realizacji projektu: 29.08.2018 r. - 31.12.2020 r. Projekt stanowi część I etapu inwestycji polegającej na przebudowie i rozbudowie lokalnego systemu zbiorowego zaopatrzenia w energię cieplną, określonej w Formularzu Strategii rozwoju Wieniawskiego Klastra Energii Odnawialnej, który otrzymał Certyfikat Pilotażowego Klastra Energii. The object of the project is the reconstruction of the local system of collective thermal energy supply in Wieniawa Municipality, i.e. the local boiler room supplying the building of the Public Primary School with Jan Kochanowski Sports Classes in Wieniawa and 2 multi-family residential buildings. The material scope of the project includes the construction of a biomass boiler room with a nominal output of 500 kW, including the modernisation of the fuel storage facility, the construction of a fuel feeding plant to the boiler and the warehouse in existing boiler buildings, adaptation of the hydraulic and electrical installations and the installation of heat meters to measure the amount of energy generated in the source and the amount of energy consumed by customers, dismantling the existing heat source, i.e. two 400 kW and 250 kW batch boilers manually loaded, as well as thermomodernisation of two multi-family houses located at ul. School 2 and 4 in Wieniawa. The main purpose of the project is to change the supply of the building of the primary school in Wieniawo and two residential buildings by changing the method of generating heat energy for the purposes of central and central heating, as well as the thermomodernisation of two multi-family buildings. The direct recipients of the project are students, teachers and employees of the primary school in Wieniawa, residents of two multi-family buildings and local entrepreneurs, i.e. potential suppliers of biomass for the modernised boiler room. The indirect recipients are residents of Wieniawa Commune (5 342 people in 2017, GUS), Przysuskie county (42 116 people in 2017, GUS) and the entire Mazowieckie Voivodeship (5 384 617 people in 2017, GUS). Planned duration of the project: 29.08.2018-31.12.2020. The project is part of the first stage of the investment consisting of the reconstruction and expansion of the local system of collective heat supply, as defined in the Development Strategy Form of the Wieniaw Renewable Energy Cluster, which received the Pilot Certificate of the Energy Cluster.
