Projekt wynika z aktualizacji Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Aleksandrów Kujawski do roku 2025, który został przyjęty Uchwałą Nr XII/102/19 Rady Gminy Aleksandrów Kujawski z dnia 27 sierpnia 2019 r. a następnie przyjęty Uchwałą Nr 34/1545/19 Zarządu Województwa Kujawsko- Pomorskiego z dnia 4 września 2019 r.Projekt ograniczy skalę wskazanych problemów dzięki utworzeniu infrastruktury stanowiącej bazę dla realizacji projektów społecznych.Przedsięwzięcie odpowiada na problemy zidentyfikowane w strefie technicznej i przestrzenno-funkcjonalnej dotyczące występowania przestrzeni zdegradowanej oraz braku publicznej infrastruktury publicznej na terenie Plebanki i związany jest z zagospodarowaniem terenu zespołu dworsko-parkowego celem utworzenia ogólnodostępnej infrastruktury społeczno-kulturalnej, tj. placówki wsparcia dziennego w miejscowości Plebanka, celem ożywienia życia społecznego i gospodarczego na obszarach objętych Lokalną Strategią Rozwoju Lokalnej Grupy Działania Stowarzyszenia „Partnerstwo dla Ziemi Kujawskiej”, Niwelowanie określonych problemów społecznych jest uzależnione od utworzenia odpowiadającej zapotrzebowaniu infrastruktury społecznej. Nie istnieje alternatywna lokalizacja dla realizacji wskazanych przedsięwzięć społecznych. Na terenie miejscowości Plebanka brakuje infrastruktury, której stan oraz lokalizacja umożliwiałaby realizację planowanych projektów. Celem projektu jest zapewnienie obiektu oraz odpowiedniej infrastruktury umożliwiającego realizację obejmującego prowadzenie szkoleń i zajęć integracyjnych, dla planowanych projektów skierowanych dla dzieci i młodzieży oraz dorosłych zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Modernizacja obiektu świetlicy wiejskiej oraz zagospodarowanie terenu zespołu-parkowego umożliwi zapewnienie dostępu lokalnej społeczności do infrastruktury rozwoju życia społeczno-gospodarczego, a tym samym pozwoli na wdrażanie innych, lokalnych działań rewitalizacyjnych. The project results from the update of the Local Revitalisation Programme for the Municipality of Aleksandrów Kujawski by 2025, which was adopted by Resolution No XII/102/19 of the Council of Aleksandrów Kujawski Municipality of 27 August 2019 and subsequently adopted by Resolution No 34/1545/19 of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Board of 4 September 2019. The project will reduce the scale of the problems identified by the creation of the infrastructure as a basis for the implementation of social projects. The project responds to problems identified in the technical and spatial-functional zone concerning the existence of degraded space and the lack of public infrastructure in the Plesovia Association, and is associated with the locality of social development, i.e. the social development of the social park. There is no alternative location for the implementation of these social projects. There is a lack of infrastructure in Plebanka, the state and location of which would enable the planned projects to be carried out. The aim of the project is to provide a facility and adequate infrastructure enabling the implementation of training and integration activities for planned projects aimed at children and young people and adults at risk of social exclusion. The modernisation of the community centre and the development of the park complex will make it possible to ensure that the local community has access to the infrastructure for the development of socio-economic life, thereby enabling the implementation of other local regeneration activities.
