Celem projektu jest wzrost dostępności usług społecznych na terenie Gminy Brześć Kujawski dla 130 osób (K- 78, M- 42) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. poprzez utworzenie i zapewnienie bieżącego funkcjonowania 2 placówek opiekuńczych wsparcia dziennego, w terminie do 30.06.2023 r.GRUPA DOCELOWA: uczestnikami projektu będzie 130 (K-78, M-42) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykl. społ., zam. (w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego) w szczególności z obszarów zdegradowanych, w tym objętych rewitalizacją (dzieci i młodzież niepełnosprawnej (K-12, M-8), dorosłe osoby niepeł. (K-18, M-12), osoby potrzebujące wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu (K-48, M-32).DZIAŁANIA W RAMACH PROJEKTU:- utworzenie 2 placówek opiekuńczych wsparcia dziennego dla 130 os. (świetlicy integracyjno - terapeutycznej dla os. niepeł - 50 os. (K-30, M-20) oraz klubu samopomocy dla os. potrzebujących wsparcia w codziennym funkcjon. - 80 os. (K-48, M-32);- zabezpieczenie funkcjonowania 2 placówek opiekuńczych wsparcia dzienn. dla 130 os. (świetlicy integracyjno - terapeutycznej dla os. niepeł - 50 os. (K-30, M-20) oraz Klubu samopomocy dla os. potrzeb. wsparcia w codziennym funkc.- 80 os. The aim of the project is to increase the availability of social services in the municipality of Brest Kujawski for 130 people (K-78, M-42) at risk of poverty or exclusion by creating and ensuring the day-to-day operation of 2 day support institutions, by 30.06.2023. the participants of the project will be 130 (K-78, M-42) people at risk of poverty or malpractice, order. (within the meaning of the Civil Code) in particular from degraded areas, including those covered by revitalisation (children and young people with disabilities (K-12, M-8), adult minors. (K-18, M-12), people in need of support in daily operation (K-48, M-32).Activities IN THE PROJECT:- the creation of 2 day support facilities for 130 persons. (integrative and therapeutic lighting for minors – 50 people. (K-30, M-20) and self-help club for those in need of support in everyday functions. 80 people. (K-48, M-32);- securing the functioning of 2 day care facilities for 130 persons. (integrative and therapeutic lighting for minors – 50 people. (K-30, M-20) and Club self-help for needs.
