Przedmiotem projektu jest odnowienie części wspólnych budynku wielorodzinnego, położonego w Jedlinie Zdrój przy ul. Piastowskiej 41. Właściciele lokali założyli wspólnotę mieszkaniową, która jest beneficjentem projektu. Zakres projektu obejmuje następujące elementy: 1. Naprawa spękań ścian zewnętrznych – przemurowanie na głębokość 1 cegły, wzmocnienie prętami stalowymi, uzupełnienie nadproży, montaż ściągów. 2. Remont elewacji – skucie starego i położenie nowego tynku 3. Remont dachu – pokrycie dachu nową dachówką ceramiczną, wymiana uszkodzonych krokwi 4. Wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej 5. Zarządzanie energią i fotowoltaika 6. Remont klatki schodowej – uzupełnienie tynków, pomalowanie ścian i sufitów Projekt realizowany będzie w 1 etapie obejmującym cały jego zakres. Realizacja zadań prowadzona będzie przez zarządcę nieruchomości Firmę „Zarządzanie Nieruchomościami i Doradztwo G.P. Walczak sp.j.” z Głuszycy, która posiada pełnomocnictwo do reprezentowania wspólnoty we wszystkich działania dotyczących projektu. Prace budowlane i instalacyjne powierzone zostaną firmie specjalistycznej, wyłonionej zgodnie z procedurami wymaganymi w regulaminie konkursu. W okresie prowadzenia prac budowlanych powołany zostanie inspektor nadzoru posiadający odpowiednie uprawnienia. Nadzór nad realizacją zgodną z wnioskiem aplikacyjnym i jego rozliczanie, zostanie powierzone osobie posiadającej duże doświadczenia w tym zakresie. W ramach promocji projektu wykonana zostanie tablica pamiątkowa zgodnie z wytycznymi RPO WD 2014-2020, dotyczącymi wymogów obowiązków promocji. (Polish)

The object of the project is the renewal of the common parts of the multi-family building, located in Jedlin Zdrój at ul. Piastowska 41. The owners of the premises set up a housing association, which is the beneficiary of the project. The scope of the project includes the following elements: 1. Repair of cracks of external walls – walling to the depth of 1 brick, reinforcement with steel bars, supplementation of lintels, installation of strips. 2. Renovation of the facade – cuff of the old and the location of the new plaster 3. Roof overhaul – roof cover with a new ceramic roof tile, replacement of damaged rafters 4. Replacement of window and door joinery 5. Power management and photovoltaic 6. Renovation of the staircase – completion of plasters, painting of walls and ceilings The project will be carried out in the 1st stage covering its entire scope. The implementation of the tasks will be carried out by the real estate manager “Management of Real Estate and Advising G.P. Walczak sp.j.” from Głuszycy, which has a power of attorney to represent the community in all activities relating to the project. Construction and installation works will be entrusted to a specialist company selected in accordance with the procedures required by the competition rules. During the construction period, a supervisory inspector with the appropriate authority will be appointed. Supervision of implementation in accordance with the application application and its settlement will be entrusted to a person with extensive experience in this field. As part of the promotion of the project, a commemorative plaque will be made in accordance with the guidelines of the ROP PP 2014-2020 concerning the requirements of the promotion obligations.
