SA 42799(2015/X) Niniejszy projekt polega na realizacji inwestycji dotyczącej wdrożenia do oferty asortymentowej przedsiębiorstwa nowych rozwiązań produktowych z zakresu wielkogabarytowej stolarki aluminiowej typu przesuwnego. O innowacyjności przedmiotowego rozwiązania świadczy opracowanie i zaimplementowanie w oknach wielkogabarytowych przeziernego słupka rozdzielającego wyposażonego w transparentny system uszczelnienia, który pozwala optycznie zwiększyć powierzchnię szyby oraz wpływa na poprawę właściwości termoizolacyjnych okna. W celu realizacji projektu planowane jest wybudowanie nowej hali produkcyjnej, w której uruchomiona zostanie produkcja innowacyjnych okien i w której zainstalowane zostaną następujące, nabywane w ramach przedsięwzięcia, środki trwałe: • Stacja transformatorowa • Sprężarka • Agregat prądotwórczy • Linia do cięcia szkła • Wózki na szkło pojedyncze • Wózek widłowy • Suwnica z torowiskiem • Szlifierka pionowa • Wiertarka CNC pionowa • Myjka • Piec do hartowania szkła • Linia do zespalania szkła • Zestaw żurawi z ssawkami • Linia do laminowania szyb • Frezarka do słupka • System sortowania stłuczki • Stanowisko do wklejania słupka Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie nieruchomości będącej własnością wnioskodawcy, zlokalizowanej w miejscowości Chojne, ul. SA 42799(2015/X) This project consists of the implementation of an investment concerning the implementation of new product solutions in the scope of large-size sliding aluminium joinery into the company’s assortment offer. The innovativeness of this solution is evidenced by the development and implementation in large windows of a transparent separating post equipped with a transparent sealing system, which allows to optically increase the surface of the glass and improve the thermal insulation properties of the window. In order to implement the project, it is planned to build a new production hall in which the production of innovative windows will be launched and the following fixed assets purchased under the project will be installed: • Transformer station • Compressor • Power generator • Glass cutting line • Single glass trolley • Forklift • Tracking cranes • Vertical grinding machine • Vertical CNC Drilling Machine • Washer • Glass hardening oven • Glass Combustion Line • Suction crane kit • Glazing lamination line • Post milling machine • Collar sorting system • Post pasting position The project will be carried out on the property owned by the applicant, located in Chojne, ul.
