Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta stimularea ocuparii si cresterea numarului de locuri de munca prin furnizarea de cursuri de competente antreprenoriale pentru 360 de persoane, stagii de pratica pentru 44 de persoane in vederea dezvoltarii resursei umane, activitati de mentorat pentru 44 de persoane precum si crearea si sprijinirea in vederea dezvoltarii a 44 de noi afaceri in Regiunea Vest care vor genera 88 de locuri de muncă. Proiectul presupune furnizarea unui set de masuri de ocupare in vederea dezvoltarii resurselor umane prin activitati de informare a publicului larg cu privire la oportunitatile antreprenoriale, realizarea de cursuri de formare profesionala ce vizeaza competente antreprenoriale pentru 360 de persoane, stagii de practica pentru 44 de persoane si activitati de mentorat pentru 44 de persoane. De asemenea, obiectivul presupune acordarea a 44 de ajutoare de minimis pentru crearea si consolidarea a 44 de noi afaceri, fiecare afacere creand minimum 2 noi locuri de munca. Nu in ultimul rand, toate cele 44 de noi afaceri create vor fi monitorizate atat in ceea ce priveste functionarea, dezvoltarea cat si sustenabilitatea acestora si vor continua sa functioneze o perioada de cel putin 12 dupa perioada de asistenta asigurata in cadrul proiectului. Proiectul poate fi considerat una dintre masurile concrete care contribuie la atingerea obiectivului programului cat si la obiectivele specifice acestei licitatii de proiecte. Proiectul prin intermediul activitatilor de formare si a stragiilor de practica contribuie la dezvoltarea resurselor umane si la consolidarea antreprenoriarului. De asemenea, prin acordarea ajutoarelor de minimis si prin acordarea de sprijin de minimis se procedeaza la indeplinirea obiectivului general aferent programului deoarece se vizeaza creșterea numarului de afaceri si implicit reducerea saraciei. Contribuția proiectului la atingerea obiectivului POCU vizeaza dezvoltarea resurselor umane prin integrarea in formare profesionala a 360 de persoane si a 44 de persoane in stagii de practica. De asemenea, contributia proiectului la obiectivul general presupune reducerea saraciei, cresterea numarului de locuri de munca cu 88 si cresterea numarului de afaceri cu 44. Afacerile create aduc atingere intr-o maniera directa temelor secundare, acestea vizand scaderea emisiilor co2 - 4 subventii, inovare sociala - 4 subventii si 9 subventii care vizeaza imbunătățirea accesibilității, a utilizării și a calității tehnologiilor informației și comunicațiilor. Contributia proiectului se face resimtita inclusiv in cadrul obiectivului tematic 8 deoarece se procedeaza la crearea si promovarea a minimum 88 de noi locuri de munca durabile si de calitate deoarece procesul de asistenta si sprijin acordat afaceri vor contribui la consolidarea afacerilor create si implicit la crearea unor locuri de munca sigure si durabile. The general objective of the project is to stimulate employment and increase the number of jobs by providing entrepreneurial skills courses for 360 people, pratica internships for 44 people in order to develop the human resource, mentoring activities for 44 people as well as creating and supporting the development of 44 new businesses in the West Region that will generate 88 jobs. The project involves providing a set of employment measures to develop human resources through activities to inform the general public about entrepreneurial opportunities, training courses aimed at entrepreneurial skills for 360 people, internships for 44 people and mentoring activities for 44 people. The objective also involves providing 44 de minimis aid for the creation and consolidation of 44 new businesses, with each business creating a minimum of 2 new jobs. Last but not least, all 44 new businesses created will be monitored both in terms of their functioning, development and sustainability and will continue to operate for a period of at least 12 after the assistance period provided within the project. The project can be considered one of the concrete measures that contribute to the achievement of the programme’s objective as well as to the specific objectives of this project auction. The project through training activities and practice straits contributes to the development of human resources and to the strengthening of the entrepreneurs. Also, by granting de minimis aid and by granting de minimis support, the general objective of the programme is achieved because it aims to increase the number of businesses and thus reduce poverty. The project’s contribution to achieving the POCU objective aims to develop human resources by integrating 360 people and 44 people into professional training. Also, the contribution of the project to the general objective involves reducing poverty, increasing the number of jobs by 88 and increasing the number of businesses by 44. The business created directly affects the secondary themes, which are aimed at lowering co2-4 subsidies, social innovation – 4 grants and 9 subsidies aimed at improving the accessibility, use and quality of information and communication technologies. The contribution of the project is also felt under thematic objective 8 because it is done to create and promote at least 88 new sustainable and quality jobs because the business assistance and support process will contribute to the consolidation of created businesses and implicitly to the creation of safe and sustainable jobs.
