Obiectivul general il reprezinta promovarea si cresterea gradului de ocupare sustenabila si de calitate a fortei de munca pentru 360 de persoane, someri si persoane inactive (someri de lunga durata si/sau persoane cu dizabilități sau persoane cu studii primare (ISCED1) sau gimnaziale (ISCED2) si/sau persoane cu studii liceale (ISCED3) sau postliceale (ISCED4), persoane peste 54 de ani), persoane de etnie roma si persoane din mediul rural din regiunea Sud Est, prin dezvoltarea si implementarea unui set complex de masuri integrate si personalizate, care vizeaza imbunatatirea accesului pe piata muncii, cresterea gradului de insertie profesionala si indirect sociala, prin imbunatatirea aptitudinilor si a competentelor grupului tinta. Proiectul isi propune sa furnizeze servicii specializate si personalizate pentru stimularea ocuparii si accesului la piata muncii prin sesiuni de informare si consiliere profesionala, sesiuni de mediere, organizarea si derularea de programe de formare profesionala, activitati de acompaniere precum si elaborarea unei cercetari privind inovarea tehnicilor de mediere pe piata muncii in regiunile de implementare ale proiectului. Proiectul abordeaza si temele secundare precum inovarea sociala prin dezvoltarea de parteneriate (cu reprezentanti relevanti ai mediului de Afaceri, AJOM-uri) pentru dezvoltarea de abordari inovative in sensul integrarii pe piata fortei de munca a persoanelor din grupul tinta, prin organizarea a 4 mese rotunde cu privire la corelarea fortei de munca existent cu piata muncii pentru circa 50 persoane/seminar, ca instrument inovativ, de informare privind locurile de muncă vacante şi condiţiile de ocupare a acestora. In cadrul acestor evenimente va fi diseminat ghidul privind temele secundare precum si cercetarea modalitățile prin care persoanele din grupurile țintă pot fi integrate sau puse în relație cu companii locale sau globale din domeniile de servicii bazate pe knowledge economy (IT, Cecetare, Consultanță, Finanțe, Servicii bazate pe utilizarea noilor tehnologii, industrii creative). Proiectul propus este integrat in Programul Operational Capital Uman si are ca scop dezvoltarea si imbunatatirea aptitudinilor, cunostintelor si competentelor persoanelor din grupul tinta (360 persoane) in mod sustenabil, conform cerintelor pietei muncii, adaptate zonelor de implementare si se incadreaza in contextul larg al obiectivelor cuprinse in politicile si strategiile nationale si europene de ocupare. Proiectul raspunde cerintelor Axei prioritare 3 Locuri de munca pentru toti si toate activitatile proiectului vin in realizarea acestui obiectiv prin initierea/calificarea a 360 de persoane si ocuparea a 184 de persoane (51%). Toate actiunile intreprinse in cadrul proiectului se bazeaza pe o analiza a solicitantului, socio-economica a pietei muncii avandu-se in vedere tedintele demografice, tendintele ratei de ocupare pe piata muncii, tendintele somajului, nevoile angajatorilor si vizeaza imbunatatirea accesulu (Romanian)

The general objective is to promote and increase the level of sustainable and quality employment for 360 people, unemployed persons and inactive persons (long-term and/or persons with disabilities or persons with primary education (ISCED1) or secondary education (ISCED2) and/or persons with secondary education (ISCED3) or post-secondary (ISCED4), persons over 54 years old, Roma and rural people in the South East region, by developing and implementing a complex set of integrated and personalised measures aimed at improving access to the labour market, increasing the degree of professional and indirect social insertion, by improving the skills and competences of the target group. The project aims to provide specialised and personalised services to stimulate employment and access to the labour market through information and professional counselling sessions, mediation sessions, organisation and conduct of professional training programs, accompanying activities as well as elaboration of a research on innovation of mediation techniques on the labor market in the implementation regions of the project. The project also addresses secondary themes such as social innovation by developing partnerships (with relevant representatives of the business environment, AJOMs) for the development of innovative approaches in the sense of integrating people from the target group into the labour market, by organising 4 round tables on the correlation of the existing labour force with the labour market for about 50 people/seminar, as an innovative tool for information on job vacancies and their employment conditions. During these events will be disseminated the guide on secondary themes as well as research on how people in target groups can be integrated or linked to local or global companies in the fields of services based on knowledge economy (IT, Research, Consultancy, Finance, Services based on the use of new technologies, creative industries). The proposed project is integrated into the Human Capital Operational Programme and aims to develop and improve the skills, knowledge and competences of the target group (360 people) in a sustainable way, according to labour market requirements, adapted to the implementation areas and falls within the broad context of the objectives contained in national and European employment policies and strategies. The project meets the requirements of Priority Axis 3 Jobs for all and all project activities come to achieve this objective by initiating/qualifying 360 people and employing 184 people (51 %). All the actions taken within the project are based on an analysis of the applicant, socio-economic of the labour market taking into account demographic trends, employment trends on the labour market, unemployment trends, employers’ needs and aims to improve access (English)
