Obiectivul general al proiectului este imbunatatirea competitivitatii economice a companiei Flexon-All si consolidarea pozitiei pe piata datorita unor avantaje competitive care sa ii permita cresterea dimensiunii pietei adresate. Scopul este ca datorita capacitatilor tehnologice specifice, active corporale si necorporale, de ultima generatie si inalta performanta, firma sa isi dezvolte activitatea tintind dezvoltarea de noi produse, cresterea productivitatii si consolidarea unor competente superioare concurentei, prin diversificarea produselor si o mai mare vizibilitate si incredere din partea clientilor asigurata de certificarile detinute. Obiectivul general al proiectului pe care il propune firma Flexon-All este in concordanta cu obiectivul general al POR, Axa prioritara 2 – Imbunatatirea competitivitatii IMMurilor si cu obiectivul Prioritatii de investitii 2.2 – consolidarea pozitiei pe piata a IMMurilor intr-un domeniu competitiv identificat in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate si Planurile de Dezvoltare Regionala. Investitia propusa prin proiect va contribui la imbunatatirea pozitiei pe piata a firmei datorita faptului ca prin mijloacele tehnologice si activele necorporale care se vor achizitiona, compania isi va diversifica produsele, urmand ca acestea sa fie ceritificate conform unui standard specific. De asemenea, intreaga activitate a firmei va fi imbunatatita datorita certificarii sistemului de management ISO 14001 si OHSAS 18001. Proiectul propune realizarea unei investitii initiale intrucat are in vedere diversificarea productiei unitatii existente prin produse care nu au mai fost fabricate anterior de catre companie, in domeniul de activitate 2813 Fabricarea de pompe si compresoare. The general objective of the project is to improve Flexon-All’s economic competitiveness and strengthen its market position due to competitive advantages that allow it to increase the size of the targeted market. The goal is that due to the specific technological capabilities, tangible and intangible assets, state-of-the-art and high performance, the company to develop its activity aiming at the development of new products, increasing productivity and strengthening some competences superior to the competition, through product diversification and greater visibility and trust from the customers ensured by the certifications held. The general objective of the project proposed by Flexon-All is consistent with the general objective of ROP, Priority Axis 2 – Improving the competitiveness of SMEs and with the objective of investment priority 2.2 – strengthening the market position of SMEs in a competitive area identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans. The investment proposed through the project will contribute to the improvement of the market position of the company due to the fact that through the technological means and intangible assets that will be acquired, the company will diversify its products, and they will be required according to a specific standard. Also, the entire activity of the company will be improved due to the certification of the management system ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. The project proposes to make an initial investment because it aims to diversify the production of the existing unit through products that were not previously manufactured by the company, in the field of activity 2813 Manufacture of pumps and compressors.
