Azur S.A. has as specific objectives for the project: 1.Delivering on the Azur industrial platform a monitoring system to increase Azur’s ability to identify and implement energy efficiency measures to save energy consumption and limit greenhouse gas emissions. 2 The realisation of advanced metering within the Azur technological processes, on all relevant energy flows (electricity, thermal, methane gas) in order to identify energy losses and the potential for saving and localising the application points to maximise the effects of energy efficiency measures to be applied later. 3.Delivering an online tool to measure the positive effects of applying energy efficiency measures and promoting the multiplication of these applications at the level of Azur partners. The realisation on the Azur industrial platform of a monitoring system system to increase Azur’s ability to identify and implement energy efficiency measures in order to record savings in energy consumption and limit greenhouse gas emissions falls within OS 6. “Reduce energy consumption at the level of industrial consumers”, as Azur S.A. is an industrial consumer of over 1000 toe/who implements measures to reduce energy consumption through the implementation of monitoring systems. The activities foreseen by the project promoted by Azur S.A. are: realisation of the Azur monitoring system proposed through the project which will contain all energy flows relevant to the technological processes on the Azur platform (electricity, steam, methane gas), on several levels of integration into industrial processes: — Field instrumentation and control devices; — Field data sampling units; — Data communication system; Master station. The value of the reference energy intensity, at the beginning of the project, at the level of Azur SA (year 2016) is 64.91 kgep/EUR 1000. The target value of the energy intensity at Azur SA level 5 years after the completion of the project for the result indicator 2S55 is 55.66 kgep/EUR 1000 through the implementation of NON-COST measures of energy efficiency based on the project. The value of the energy intensity at Azur SA level 5 years after the completion of the project by implementing both NON-COST measures of energy efficiency based on the project and the subsequent investment measures mentioned in the project is 54.03 kgep/EUR 1000. Obiectivul proiectului este: Implementarea unui sistem de monitorizare a consumurilor de utilităţi şi producţie realizate la consumatorul industrial Azur S.A. Azur S.A. are ca obiective specifice pentru proiect: 1.Realizarea pe platforma industrială Azur a unui sistem de monitorizare pentru a creşte capacitatea Azur de a identifica şi implementa măsuri de eficienţă energetică în vederea înregistrării de economii în consumul de energie şi limitarea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră. 2 Realizarea unei contorizări avansate în interiorul proceselor tehnologice Azur, pe toate fluxurile de energie relevante (electrica, termica, gaz metan) în vederea identificării pierderilor de energie şi a potenţialului de economisire şi de localizare a punctelor de aplicare pentru maximizarea efectelor masurilor de creştere a eficienţei energetice ce vor fi aplicate ulterior. 3.Realizarea unui instrument de măsura on-line a efectelor pozitive ale aplicării măsurilor de eficienţă energetică şi promovarea multiplicarii acestor aplicaţii la nivelul partenerilor Azur. Realizarea pe platforma industrială Azur a unui sistem sistem de monitorizare pentru a creşte capacitatea Azur de a identifica şi implementa măsuri de eficienţa energetică în vederea înregistrării de economii în consumul de energie si limitarea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră se încadrează în OS 6. "Reducerea consumului de energie la nivelul consumatorilor industriali", întrucât Azur S.A. este un consumator industrial de peste 1000 tep/a care implementează măsuri de reducere a consumului de energie prin implementarea de sisteme de monitorizare. Activităţile prevăzute prin proiectul promovat de Azur S.A. sunt: realizarea sistemului de monitorizare Azur propus prin proiect care va conţine toate fluxurile de energie relevante pentru procesele tehnologice de pe platforma Azur (energie electrică, abur, gaz metan), pe mai multe niveluri de integrare în procesele industriale: - Instrumentaţie de câmp şi dispozitive de control; - Unităţi de prelevare date din câmp; - Sistem de comunicare date; - Staţie master. Valoarea intensitatii energetice de referinta, la inceputul proiectului, la nivelul Azur SA (anul 2016) este de 64,91 kgep/1000 €. Valoarea tinta a intensitatii energetice la nivelul Azur SA la 5 ani de la finalizarea proiectului pentru indicatorul de rezultat 2S55 este 55,66 kgep/1000 € prin implementarea masurilor NON-COST de eficienta energetica fundamentate prin proiect. Valoarea intensitatii energetice la nivelul Azur SA la 5 ani de la finalizarea proiectului prin implementarea atat a masurilor NON-COST de eficienta energetica fundamentate prin proiect cat si a masurilor de investitii ulterioare mentionate in proiect este de 54,03 kgep/1000 €.
