The general objective of the project is to equip the Gymnasium School, Sirineasa Commune, Valcea County, with mobile equipment in the field of information technology such as school tablets as well as other electronic equipment/devices necessary to carry out the teaching activity in the online environment, so as to ensure that teaching activities are carried out in good conditions in the school year 2020-2021, in order to avoid the direct contact of students with teachers and other students, as well as to prevent the risk of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, which would jeopardise the normal development of all the teaching activities necessary for the learning process. The implementation of the project contributes directly to the achievement of the specific objective of the Program (Specific Objective OS 2.4 – Increasing the use of the Internet) through the acquisition of 147 tablets in the cost of which will be included expenses with the monthly subscription to the Internet for a minimum period of 24 months, so that the students of the Sirineasa Gymnasium School will benefit from all the necessary means to participate in the courses held online. Also, in order to ensure teachers’ access to the internet, the applicant will purchase 6 wireless routers that will provide coverage in all buildings where hours run. The financing of the present project ensures the fulfilment of Article 32. of the Constitution – The right to teaching “(4) The state education is free, according to the law.”, because it provides the necessary resources to fulfill the provisions stipulated in Order 5487/1494/2020 for the approval of measures to organise the activity within the epidemiologically safe educational units/institutions to prevent illnesses with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, without putting pressure on the budget of students and their families. In accordance with Government Emergency Order No. 144/2020 and Emergency Ordinance no. 187/2020 amending Government Emergency Ordinance no. 144/2020 on some measures for the allocation of non-reimbursable external funds necessary for the prevention of teaching activities for the school/university year 2020/2021 in the context of coronavirus infection risk SARS-CoV-2, Secondary School, Sirineasa Commune, Valcea County wants to access the measure financed by the Competitiveness Operational Programme, Priority Axis 2 – Information and Communications Technology (ICT) for a competitive digital economy. Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta dotarea Scolii Gimnaziale, Comuna Sirineasa, Judetul Valcea, cu echipamente mobile din domeniul tehnologiei informatiei de tipul tabletelor scolare precum si a altor echipamente/dispozitive electronice necesare desfasurarii activitatii didactice in mediul on-line astfel incat sa se asigure in bune conditii desfasurarea activitatilor didactice in anul scolar 2020-2021, pentru a evita contactul direct al elevilor cu profesorii si cu ceilalti elevi, precum si pentru a preveni riscul de infectare cu coronavirusul SARS-CoV-2, fapt care ar pune in pericol desfasurarea in conditii normale a tuturor activitatilor didactice necesare procesului de invatamant. Implementarea proiectului contribuie direct la realizarea obiectivului specific al Programului (Obiectiv Specific OS 2.4 - Cresterea gradului de utilizare a Internetului) prin achizitia a 147 de tablete in costul carora vor fi incluse si cheltuieli cu abonamentul lunar la internet pentru o perioada de minimum 24 de luni, astfel incat elevii Scolii Gimnaziale Sirineasa sa beneficieze de toate mijloacele necesare pentru a putea participa la cursurile sustinute online. De asemenea, pentru a asigura accesul profesorilor la internet, solicitantul va achizitiona 6 routere wireless ce vor asigura acoperire in toate cladirile in care se defasoare ore. Finantarea prezentului proiect asigura indeplinirea Articolului 32. din Constitutie - Dreptul la invatatura „(4) Invatamantul de stat este gratuit, potrivit legii.”, deoarece ofera resursele necesare indeplinirii dispozitiilor stipulate in Ordinul 5487/1494/2020 pentru aprobarea masurilor de organizare a activitatii in cadrul unitatilor/institutiilor de invatamant in conditii de siguranta epidemiologica pentru prevenirea imbolnavirilor cu virusul SARS-CoV-2, fara a pune presiune pe bugetul elevilor si a familiilor lor. In conformitate cu OUG 144/2020 si Ordonanta de urgenta nr. 187/2020 pentru modificarea Ordonantei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 144/2020 privind unele masuri pentru alocarea de fonduri externe nerambursabile necesare desfasurarii in conditiile de preventie a activitatilor didactice aferente anului scolar/universitar 2020/2021 in contextul riscului de infectie cu coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, Scoala Gimnaziala, Comuna Sirineasa, Judetul Valcea doreste sa acceseze masura finantata prin Programul Operational Competitivitate, Axa prioritara 2 - Tehnologia Informatiei si Comunicatiilor (TIC) pentru o economie digitala competitiva Prioritatea de investitii 2c. - Consolidarea aplicatiilor TIC pentru e-guvernare, e-invatare, e-incluziune, e-cultura, e-sanatate Obiectiv Specific OS 2.4 - Cresterea gradului de utilizare a Internetului Actiunea 2.3.3 – Îmbunatatirea continutului digital si a infrastructurii TIC sistemice în domeniul e-educaþie, e-incluziune, e-sanatate si e-cultura – SECTIUNEA E-EDUCATIE in vederea asigurarii desfasurarii in bune conditii a anului scolar 2020-2021 si asigurarii accesului elevilor (Romanian)
