The general objective of the project meets the objective of Priority Axis 2 of Investment Priority 2.1 of ROP 2014-2020, while diversifying the activity and strengthening the market position of MOLCONSTRUCT SRL. At the same time, the activity to be financed under code 4120 – Construction works for residential and non-residential buildings is identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and National Development Plans. In order to achieve this objective, it is proposed to diversify and develop the activity of construction works with modern technology and advanced equipment that will ensure the necessary conditions for carrying out the activity for which funding is requested. The aim of the project is to develop the activity and diversify the construction works performed by the company in order to strengthen its market position with the acquisition and inclusion in the technological flow of the assets that are the object of the project. The activity for which funding is requested is the inclusion in the production stream of new, high-performance technologies, state-of-the-art equipment, capable of producing new, competitive and sustainable construction works. Diversification of the company’s activity requires the creation of 1 new job to serve the equipment purchased through the project. The implementation of the project will strengthen and develop the operational capacity of the company, helping to reduce the productivity and price gaps between it and its main local and regional competitors. Obiectivul general al proiectului răspunde obiectivului Axei prioritare 2 a Priorității de investiții 2.1 din cadrul POR 2014-2020 odată cu diversificarea activității și consolidarea poziției pe piața a MOLCONSTRUCT SRL. Totodată activitatea ce se dorește a fi finanțată aferentă cod 4120 - Lucrări de construcţie a clădirilor rezidenţiale şi nerezidenţiale este identificată în Strategia Națională de Competitivitate și Planurile Naționale de Dezvoltare. În vederea îndeplinirii acestui obiectiv se propune diversificarea si dezvoltarea activității lucrarilor de constructii odata cu dotarea cu tehnologie modernă și echipamente performante ce vor asigura condițiile necesare de desfășurare a activității pentru care se solicită finanțare. Scopul proiectului constă în dezvoltarea activității si diversificarea lucrarilor de construcíi prestate de catre societate în vederea consolidării poziției pe piață a acesteia odată cu achiziția și includerea în fluxul tehnologic a activelor ce fac obiectul proiectului. Activitatea pentru care se solicită finanțare este reprezentată de includerea în fluxul de producție a unor tehnologii noi, performante, echipamente de ultimă generație , capabile să producă lucrări noi, din gama lucrărilor de construcíi, competitive și durabile. Diversificarea activității societății necesită crearea a 1 nou loc de muncă pentru deservirea echipamentelor achiziționate prin proiect. Implementarea proiectului va consolida și va dezvolta capacitatea operațională a societății, contribuind la reducerea decalajelor de productivitate și preț dintre aceasta și principalii săi competitori locali și regionali.
