The general objective of the project is to improve the level of competence of the specialists involved in the provision of medical services and in the implementation of priority health programs and actions at national and local level, by providing professional training programs in advanced techniques of extracorporeal support of vital functions for nurses and doctors of the specialty Anesthesia-Terapie Intensive (ATI) as well as participation in exchange of experience and exchange of good practices. The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call by developing and providing professional training programs in advanced techniques of extracorporeal support of vital functions, for a number of 900 specialists in the medical field. Given that the National Health Strategy 2014-2020 ranks the specialty of Anesthesia-Terapie Intensive as the first priority health specialty in terms of medical staff training, it is necessary to improve the technical and methodological framework, knowledge and competence of medical personnel in the field. Thus, the project will produce a positive long-term effect, namely to increase the performance of the medical personnel in public institutions involved in the implementation of the programs, respectively priority health actions in Anesthesia-Terapie Intensive at national, regional and local level, through their participation in specific training courses, exchange of experience and/or exchange of good practices. Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in imbunatatirea nivelului de competente al specialistilor implicati in furnizarea de servicii medicale si in implementarea programelor si actiunilor prioritare de sanatate la nivel national si local, prin furnizarea de programe de formare profesionala in tehnici avansate de suport extracorporeal al functiilor vitale pentru asistentele medicale si medicii din specialitatea Anestezie-Terapie Intensiva (ATI) precum si participare la schimburi de experienta si schimburi de bune practici. Proiectul va contribui la realizarea obiectivului specific al programului si apelului prin dezvoltarea si furnizarea de programe de formare profesionala in tehnici avansate de suport extracorporeal al functiilor vitale, pentru un numar de 900 de specialisti din domeniul medical. Avand in vedere faptul ca Strategia Nationala de Sanatate 2014-2020 claseaza specialitatea de Anestezie-Terapie Intensiva ca fiind prima specialitate prioritara de sanatate deficitara din punct de vedere al formarii personalului medical, este necesara imbunatatirea cadrului tehnic si metodologic, a cunostintelor si a competentelor personalului medical din domeniu. Astfel, proiectul va produce un efect pozitiv pe termen lung si anume acela de a creste performantele personalului medical din institutiile publice implicat in implementarea programelor, respectiv a actiunilor prioritare de sanatate in Anestezie-Terapie Intensiva la nivel national, regional si local, prin participarea acestora la cursuri de formare profesionala specifica, schimburi de experienta si/sau schimburi de bune practici.
