Obiectivul general al proiectului "Afaceri de bine" este aplicarea unui pachet complex de masuri de infiintare a 21 de intreprinderi sociale in regiunea Sud Est si de consolidare a capacitatii acestora ide a functiona intr-o maniera autosustenabila, prin: - dobandirea de catre 120 de persoane din regiunea Sud Est, printr-un program de formare specific, a cunostintelor civice, sociale si antreprenoriale care sa le permita conceperea de planuri de afaceri sociale viabile, mature, care sa imbine realist eficienta economica cu misiunea sociala; consilierea personalizata a membrilor grupului tinta ale caror planuri de afaceri au fost selectate pentru finantare in cadrul proiectului - sprijinirea a 21 de intreprinderi sociale prin acordarea de ajutoare de minimis, analiza domeniului economiei sociale in regiunea Sud Est, crearea de retele de sprijin si parteneriate pentru transfer de bune practici si know how cu entitati de economie sociala de la nivel regional, national, european, facilitand, astfel, dezvoltarea antreprenoriatului social - crearea a 105 locuri de munca, necesare intreprinderilor sociale pentru asigurarea acelor produse/servicii prin care, intr-un climat competitiv, sa obtina veniturile necesare indeplinirii misiunilor sociale si autosustenabilitatii, cu impact direct pozitiv in cresterea incluziunii sociale si combaterea saraciei. Vor dobandi competente civice, sociale si antreprenoriale toti membrii grupului tinta, persoane cu domiciliul/resedinta in regiunea Sud Est, care au peste 18 ani si nu fac parte din categoria Neets - atat persoane din grupurile vulnerabile, cat si indivizi care nu se confrunta cu riscul de saracie sau excluziune sociala, dar care doresc insusirea unei misiuni sociale. Prin alaturarea persoanelor dezvantajate cu persoane calificate, cu venituri medii, profesionisti, studenti, tineri absolventi de facultate samd, in construirea unei intreprinderi sociale, oferim o garantie pentru succesul intreprinderii asigurand, pe de-o parte o misiune sociala corect identificata pe baza experientei personale – un plus care va fi adus de persoanele provenite din grupuri vulnerabile, iar pe de alta parte asigurand calificarea si competentele necesare pentru o afacere viabila – un plus care va fi adus de persoane calificate. Este putin probabil ca un individ adult aflat in risc de saracie sau excluziune sociala sa poata deveni un antreprenor de succes in cateva luni, asa cum este putin probabil ca un individ care nu s-a confruntat direct cu discriminarea si lipsurile sa poata elabora un program social realist, dar, impreuna, cei doi se pot completa reciproc si, cu sprijinul primit in cadrul proiectului – cursuri, consultanta, finantare, creare de parteneriate - pot construi o afacere sociala de succes. The general objective of the project “Good Affairs” is to apply a complex package of measures to establish 21 social enterprises in the South East region and to strengthen their capacity to operate in a self-sustainable manner, by: — the acquisition by 120 people from the South East region, through a specific training program, of civic, social and entrepreneurial knowledge that will allow them to develop viable, mature social business plans that realistically combine economic efficiency with the social mission; personalised advice to the members of the target group whose business plans were selected for financing within the project – supporting 21 social enterprises by granting de minimis aid, analysing the social economy field in the South East region, creating support networks and partnerships for the transfer of good practices and know how with social economy entities at regional, national, European level, thus facilitating the development of social entrepreneurship – the creation of 105 jobs, necessary for social enterprises to ensure those products/services through which, in a competitive climate, to obtain the necessary incomes to fulfil social missions and self-sustainability, with a direct positive impact in increasing social inclusion and combating poverty. All members of the target group will acquire civic, social and entrepreneurial competences, persons residing/residence in the South East region, who are over 18 years old and do not belong to the Neets category – both people from vulnerable groups, as well as individuals who are not at risk of poverty or social exclusion, but who want to acquire a social mission. By joining disadvantaged people with qualified, middle-income people, professionals, students, young graduates of samd faculty, in building a social enterprise, we offer a guarantee for the success of the enterprise, providing, on the one hand, a social mission correctly identified based on personal experience – a plus that will be brought by people from vulnerable groups, and on the other hand ensuring the necessary qualifications and competences for a viable business – a plus that will be brought by qualified persons. It is unlikely that an adult at risk of poverty or social exclusion could become a successful entrepreneur in a few months, as it is unlikely that an individual who did not face discrimination and shortages could draw up a realistic social program, but together they can complement each other and, with the support of the project – courses, consultancy, financing, partnership creation – can build a successful social business. This innovative approach ensures certain social inclusion, non-discrimination, transparency and equal opportunities within the “Good Business” project, bringing benefits to the target group, but also to the communities from which (English)
